Heather Quisenberry, MFT I have been coming here for several months now for manicures, pedicures, and dip. Lynn does my nails and she is amazing. Their pedicures are great and when you upgrade, they really give you long and amazing massages. I think they’re great, consistent, professional, and Lynn is absolutely meticulous.

Callie Vang First time here. Ive been to other locations in this area but I havent met the right nail tech. Kim did my gel pedicure for me, and she definitely has skills. Shell be my go to lady for pedicures moving forward. Her massages were the best. She was gentle and detailed.

Tacynia Ruelos-Thomas Called Artist Nail And Spa to see if they had any availability for a fill & Dip powder fill for my mom and I after running 10’minutes late to our nail appointment at another place and them canceling us. & Lisa answered was very pleasant to speak with and said to give her 30 minutes and she’d be ready for us. When arriving to the nail shop the ambiance was very pleasant and welcoming, Lisa was very sweet and friendly everyone was friendly and welcoming … I showed her what I wanted for my nails and she took what I showed her and made it come out way better…they even made time for us to get pedicures… which were THE BEST !!! if I could give 100 stars I would, they offer drinks (mimosas, coffee, water, etc) very Friendly. I’ve been going to another nail shop in Vacaville for 8 plus years and they did us wrong today so we ended up coming here and I have found my new home for my nails. Thank you Lisa and Loan !!

Heather Dimick Lisa is amazing! I need my nails short, but have wanted the almond shape. I’ve gone to a few different nail salons and she’s the only one that has been able to give my nails the look I want! She’ll be my nail tech going forward!

Charlene Thepsenavong I’ve been going to Nancy’s for my nails since 2021! I love the service & the outcome every time I’ve been in! They offer hair services, waxing, & eyelash extensions too! I’ve tried the lash extensions as well & it came out great, quick, & lasted long. If you’re looking for great quality work with good prices this is your place!

Mer Combs I love coming to Nancys Nails! My daughter and I come every two weeks and am always looking forward to it. We get matching stiletto nails, and Nancy does amazing work. Our nails come out flawless, beautiful, and exactly as we ask for, including nail art and colors. Nancy is so pleasant to talk to and always makes me smile and laugh. A great nail shop, full of character. Love it here so much and highly recommend it. 10 STARS!!

Orli Shavratov I asked for this design as attached on the photo with a reindeer on it, the whole time he was doing my nails he was super rough. I wanted these nails in time for Christmas, it had a little reindeer design on it. I asked him before starting if it was something he can do on my natural nails and he said yes. As soon as the time came to do the design the black polish for the reindeer eyes kept seeping through my nail when it dried under the machine. When I brought up my concerns that it doesn’t look good he kept getting frustrated and tried to redo it with no success I told him just to make that nail look like the rest, no longer enjoying the experience & wanting to leave. He kept complaining the whole time I had small nails and it’s “hard to do the design”. That made me ever more upset and all I was thinking why did you agree to it if you can’t do it? When he filed down those two middle nails with the unsuccessful deign he forgot to put the pink undercoat on one of them before doing the red French tip. So it was just a filed down nail with the French tip no pink undercoat….. and when I told him the nail looked messed up and to fix it he was getting mad and said I should’ve said something before I put it in the dryer. As if I need to tell him how to do his job! He forgot and was too ashamed to admit and was talking to me as it was my fault. As soon as my appointment was over I took a look at my nails and he did a very floppy job. No cleanup. The French tip on certain nails wasn’t even painted all the way through. Horrible experience overall. Never coming back.

Andrea Lara First picture was when I first started going there and second picture is a set I got this weekend. Completely rushed through my gel manicure. I am so disappointed. I am never going back there.

AntoinetteD Smith My feet were treated with the utmost care. My technician oiled, lotioned and massaged my legs in a way I didn’t realize I needed. And I always love the paraffin treatment and hot stones. I wish I had gotten her name. She did equally as wonderful with my “plain Jane” manicure. I love this place. I should never try any others. It’s truly a treat! PS, I had a snack and she even brought me some water without me asking for something to drink - very attentive‼️ On another note, it was nice to see how kind the technicians were to an elderly woman who was brought there by another family member to get her nails done.

Jeanne Whitehouse This is my favorite nail salon in Vacaville. Ive been to others in town and honestly TopCoat is where I stay because it is clean, organized, the staff is friendly, and my pedicurist, Katie is the best! She always does a meticulous job, can do beautiful art work, and she talks to me. I find it annoying when someone is working on my nails while chattering on and on to their co-workers in a language I cant understand. Dont get me wrong, theres still a language being spoken that I cant understand, but at TopCoat the customer is engaged if they want to be. Im always offered a beverage when Im seated and always leave with a satisfied smile on my face. Whenever I have accidentally messed up my nails they always fix them without complaint. I always get the Ultimate Pedicure which includes callus removal, exfoliation, massage, steamed towels, hot rock massage, etc. It really is the best! Another great add-on is the collagen treatment. It makes such a difference during summer months when I need extra moisture. I cannot recommend TopCoat Salon enough.

Katie Rose Rocky always does an amazing job! Love all the designs he comes up! He is friendly & cares a lot about his clients. I’m always very happy & impressed with his exquisite work. The salon offers complimentary beverages & cocktails which is very fun. It is very clean & organized. All the staff are very nice & welcoming.

Joyce Mitchell Love Tony - he did an extra great job today. He’s pleasant, meticulous. He trimmed my nails back perfectly. Took extra care as one of my nails needed extra attention. He made sure I was doing ok. I love the dip powder. I usually can wait 6 weeks, but this time it was 4 because one of my previously manicured nail colors was lifting away (caused by me, I know & nail getting long.) happy with my soft green color.

Tiffany Sloper Today was my first time here and I really really enjoyed it. My sister and I both came for manicures. They did a great job and were very kind. I did a gel manicure for $40 and my sister did a regular manicure for $25. I liked this place and will definitely be back!

Krystal McMinn My 2nd time coming to this salon. Both visits have been amazing. The staff are very attentive and courteous. They clearly want their customers to feel pampered! Courtesy drinks are provided while having a spa pedicure, with a lot of packages available to choose from. They pay close attention to the customers preferences (I prefer non-gel polish). All of the products seem high quality and smell gorgeous. They take their time and check in with the customer throughout the experience. Beautiful artwork on the big toe at the end. Very talented staff! The shop itself is a small space, but the high ceilings give a more open feeling. With large, mounted hanging lights and TVs on the wall, they create a beautiful setting. I love what they play on the TV. Both times, it has been a lady who seems to be in another country as she goes about her day. Shes harvesting exotic looking plants from what seems like forest, then journeys to a town to sell her wares. At the end of each segment, it shows her preparing a dish to enjoy. Everything about the whole experience at this establishment encourages me to come back, and I highly recommend it!

Jyoti Today I had my nails done there but I am not satisfied with the nail price. I had very simple design but they charge me more and the staff was also very rude

Tanisha Champion-Benjamin I went and had my nails done, a pedicure and my eyebrows waxed. I am very unsatisfied in regards to my nails, she charged me $55 saying my nails were long and they are not they are medium length. I also feel that they are not oval like I asked and just really bulky looking. I did not want to cause a scene as I wasn’t feeling the best and just wanted to leave but upon further inspection of them they look hideous. I tried to call the shop but they were closed and the voicemail was full. My eyebrows were also not to my liking but she just couldn’t get them right. I ended up spending $95 when I left.

shukimba carlis They got upset with me when I asked them not to use the machine on my nails. My nails are extremely thin and they last and look better when they are filed by hand. The nail tech told me that she was not going to finish my nails(manicure, no tips) because they preferred to use the drill. By the way, it was the owner that treated me in that way. I had to immediately go to another nail salon to have my nails finished. Do not support that nails salon. They are very rude and their work is lackluster.

Angeline Huck I have had Kevin as my exclusive nail guy for over 3 years now. He always does an amazing job!! He has beautiful shape to the nails just like I like and he always comes up with a unique design on them. I pick the color and he does whatever he wants design wise. I have never had one lift and only had one break in the 3 years. I have even been able to get them longer because they are so reliable. I love them every single time...thank you much! Best nail designer ever!!

Mike B This was the worst nail salon! This was the worst experience ever. The "manager"/owner said she was not mean to my girlfriends and her friends when she literally was yelling at me on the phone and hanging up. She CUT them when doing the nails and she made sure to over charge them when they were asking for other thing, and yet received nothing that they asked for. She then said the only way she would resolve things was if they came back.... why would I ever let them go back without me. She was the most awful person I have ever even talked on the phone with. She hung up twice while yelling when I was only trying to figure things out. She did not do their nails well. This was the absolute worse experience. Would not recommend them ever.... Go at your own risk.

Daidre Dorsey I came to visit Ty nail & hair salon for the first time. I called before hand ask asked if they had availability, Ty husband at the time answered and set me up with a same day appointment. I arrived and they were ready to start service. Ty husband supported and promoted his wife so well, he stated “she is amazing, my wife will take good care of you”! “She is the best” And he sure didn’t lie. She delivers accuracy and she detailed my nails the exact way I showed her on a picture. I am highly satisfied and it’s been years since I’ve been happy with my nail service. Thank you TY!

Jocelyn Smith Do not get your nails done here. I thought the young lady phoebe was very nice and polite however the older guy with the glasses that did my pedicure was not. He refused to listen to what I wanted he forgot to put on the top coat. I was trying to relax and enjoy the massage chair so I didn’t notice it until I got home. I called to let them them know I was unhappy with the service and noticed a lot of flaws the young lady assured me that I could come in and have it fixed but when I got there the guy that did them started getting upset talking to her in their language and told her to charge me an additional $15 to have polish removed and done right after I paid $55 plus tip. She could tell the overall pedicure wasn’t done right polish missing in the corners. Also refused to let me choose a different color for my troubles of having to come back. We gotta be more mindful of who we choose to do our business with I’ve been going to salons for years I’ve never been treated so unfair. They had no consideration of my time or business I done with them.

Pretty Reauxs Lovely shop. Unsure of all these negative reviews. I’ve been coming here faithfully for a good 9 months. I must say, they do not understand English very well so u do have to be patient. I’ve never had a bad experience tho. My nails always last at least 3.5 weeks before it’s time for a fill. My acrylic toes last more than a month. I’ve never laid more than $150 for both my nails and ALL acrylic on 10 toes. That’s honestly a great price considering I usually get French tip which takes time when it’s hand painted. Side note. I can only speak from my own experience and the nail techs that work on me. ( the two younger ones )

Foster Brijeanae (Galaxy Melanated) Easy to make appointments and they also take walk-ins if they are able! I’ve done both. The ladies are very nice and will have you sandal ready in no time!! There are different options for what kind of pedicures you want, along with great pricing ✨

Lioness Just me Got me right in and listened to me and what I liked my nails looking like also were very caring and kind to other.people walking in and.i didnt feel rushed at all...the massage could have been better but I would still go back agian. Cleanliness of instruments could have been better tho. They didnt use a new nail file or buffer on me next time I will ask for a new one

Christina Terry Amazing prices super nice customer service clean and easy be comfortable inside. The lady that was there was so nice and friendly amazingly helpful I definitely will be making my next pedicure and manicure appointments for this location! My friend was having her nails done and I had to meet her for something and thats why I even found this place lol so its kind of a neat little gem!! Karrinna I have been here a few times now. And twice I’ve had a nail break. I literally just got them done yesterday and I was opening my car door and my nail broke. I brought my husband here for the first time for a pedicure. He went to pay and I told him to ask for military discount. The three times I’ve been here I got a military discount. Not much. But come on, who wouldn’t ask. My husband was denied that. But I never was. We will never come back. My pedicure was the worst. They are nice people. But I’m lost about why I got a military discount but my active duty husband who’s deployed to Iraq multiple times and is black didn’t get it. Fix yourself America.i won’t be back and I as a military spouse/veteran who lives on base have recommended People to the salons I like. This isn’t one. Edit! Not even a full two weeks. Two nails broke. I’m a mother who works and goes to school at home. I literally do not break nails I went to take them off and they literally Just easily popped off. Usually it takes a lot of soaking with acetone and foil. . Don’t waste your money here. I’d rather spend $5-10 more elsewhere! Horrible. They look so bad. I’ve lived in most states in the US and I’ve been overseas. This is the worst nail salon ever. Never again. And my active duty husband loves manicures and pedicures. They treated him like a common criminal. He’s an amazing soul who’s risked his life. For people like this? You guys missed out. We have family here. People Today really don’t care about their business.

Axle Cosmos Went here to get nails for birthday, didnt do anything close to what I asked for. The other person I went with said they were aggressive and didnt even try to talk to them. Racquel Johnson DO NOT GO HERE! Terrible and unprofessional service. I had to give them a star to post my comment. A nail technician took advantage of my 16 year old daughter who was not happy with her nail technician and several times spoke up about her nail service and when my daughter let the head technician know she wasn’t happy they made her pay $15 for an unfinished pedicure. I dropped my daughter off and went back inside to confront how they mistreated my daughter and no acknowledgement was given and all the customers that heard how they treated her agreed that my daughter was mistreated and was taken advantage of. Don’t waste your money on this nail shop! Horrible service.

Lisa Ballas Can’t do the basics. I went in for a manicure, no polish. She wasn’t even going to shape or buff my nails until I said something. I had to go home and re-file and re-shape them. It was essentially $21 to cut my nails … and I still ended up with different shapes and different lengths. Save your money.

Tina Gambrell My regular nail shop was booked today and closed for the next three days so I decided to try a different spot. Its 5:30 & as a walk in, they took me after a 10 minute wait. While waiting I decided to look at Yelp reviews and was kind of iffy because it was a mixture of good and bad reviews. Im glad I decided to stick it out. The nail tech was wonderful! I had one of the best pedicures ever with calluses removed and all! I got a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. I wasnt sure what to expect since it was the end of the day and they were going to close an hour and a half. Total price was $53 with the dollar being charged me for using a card. I will be going back soon.
