Bridgette Hudson Went in for My first time last week and the new place is beautiful with big ,red ,pedicure chairs …. They were so comfortable . Everyone was so sweet from the owner and her adorable daughter, to my nail techs.. both were so kind, very skilled and did a great job . Amy on my pedicure and Tee did my color change. Both lovely ladies took care of areas that I pointed out . I’m a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my nails, so I’m so glad they both did a great job and I can be a loyal customer. Rennae Arayata One of my favorite places to get my nails done! They’re all so sweet and are constantly checking in with you to see if you are comfortable/okay. To book, you can either call or schedule an appointment online. When you get there, they will ask you to check in on an iPad! They also offer complimentary drinks. Prices vary depending on what you get but the price for basic pedicure & manicure is one that can’t be beat! I always get a gel manicure and a basic pedicure here but today I tried their gel pedicure and builder gel manicure w/ chrome added and I AM IN LOVE!

Co Co Nail Salon is so busy around the holidays, but even when the salon is full of customers coming in and out- Lily ensures you are receiving the best quality! She always checks in during my manicure to make sure that I like the shape, color, and look despite how busy the salon is. I love coming here with my mom and look forward to more appointments here! Michaela Jose Love these nails!!!! Lily did an incredible gel builder fill manicure. The color is number 27 and shape is almond. My previous set lasted for 3 weeks. Lily did a cuticle treatment with hot stones and paraffine wax, which my dry summer skin needed! Thank you thank you Lily- when ever I come back to the bay I’ll be sure to stop in.

Carly Piller The ladies were nice enough and the salon seemed clean, however, my friend and I both got sets done by Lily that were awful. My friend specifically asked for a sunset gradient and ended up with black, purple, and orange candy corn nails that were thick and lumpy. I wanted glass nails but only ended up with the magnetic effect on the tips. Mine were also thick. Maybe it was just an off day, but we disliked them so much we ended up going to a different salon to have them fixed.

Madisen Hirsch It was my first visit to Lotus and all I can say is that it was amazing! I just moved to California from Denver, where I had my favorite nail place for 4+ years and I was worried I wouldnt find somewhere of equal or (in this case) greater service! Norma was so accommodating and very skilled. The nail place is quite small, but I think its a positive thing. Its much more personable and relaxing then your standard nail salon. I will most definitely be back again! Note: they only go by appointment, so make sure to reserve in advance :)

Mia Barreras I have been going to DT nails for about 6 years now and it has been such a good experience. The employers are so welcoming and patient with customers and they are very well organized as well. The employees are gentle with their job, such as when they are doing your manicure and pedicure, they are not rough with it, they are really great with what they do. Overall, I would say DT nails is a great and welcoming nail salon and I would recommend people to visit!

Li-Xian Kang I was a walk-in customer for acrylic nail removal service. The person who assisted me removed my acrylic nails by forcibly bending, scraping, and pulling my natural nails apart from the acrylic. She then inserted a plastic tip into the gap to rip it off forcibly. I informed the person that my nails were very soft and that the scraping was causing me pain multiple times. I also reacted to the discomfort. However, she only apologized but continued using the same forceful methods—bending, scraping, and forcibly removing the acrylic nails. As a result, it felt like a layer of my nails had been stripped off, leaving them extremely fragile. A few days later, I noticed some pain in my fingers, and upon closer inspection, I found slight bruising on my nails, likely caused by the excessive force when bending and pulling. I found the service to be highly unprofessional, especially for customers with soft nails. If you also have naturally soft nails, please be cautious.

Maria Godinez First time here . This is a nice salon with many colors/powders to choose from. However, my nails didnt come out how I expected to be. I asked for coffin shaped and long and they are liked ballerina style and short. I noticed lots of bumps from the color and mis-shaped nails. When I looked closer at them. I was pretty disappointed at the amount they charged me. I also got 2 nail designs. The 2 nails design looked horrible. Why put power to put a flower and glue on the diamond. I never had that experience that before. I know they used the clear nail gel to add any design not the power. I am not happy with my nails.

Bo Bosboom-Wight What an amazing experience I had today. Making an appointment is super easy online but you can call too. This is a gorgeous salon and perfect for coming with 2 or more people, as you could all sit together. Like some say, it’s a little more expensive but the possibilities are way greater and the service is awesome. They offer you water coffee or tea. The lady I had was so so nice and we talked the whole time. She took a lot of care in the process and my dip powder has never looked better! I’ll definitely be back!

Roohi Bharti I had a mixed experience with Tracy. I got my nails done just one day before Thanksgiving, while I appreciate that they allowed walk-in really late but my gel nails got chipped next day. I think whole process was not given enough time hence gel nails were brittle and came off in pieces.

I am 5 months pregnant and the entire interaction did not go as you claimed to have investigated, your employee is a liar and I went to Another nail salon right after @Nails47 on grimmer bl. and paid exactly what was expected with a new set.. pedicure paraffin and extra massage! Kelly was absolutely amazing. Unlike At your establishment where I was seated and I explained I was allergic to mint and if we can please not use the cooling mask because I believe it contains menthol the employee said yes we can substitute the cooling mask for callus I also added paraffin, your menu clearly says the price so I was keeping track of all the extras but when your employee started to explain the pricing she was not substituting the cooling mask for the callus she was adding the the price of callus then adding Anthony $5 for the removal of the color I already had on. When on the price menu I was looking at it said clearly $2 gel removal. Then adding the paraffin and continuing to explain why its was an extra for this and that.... Confusing me to the point that I just wanted to go after 10 min!. The water was not warm it was cold and I like hot water I never asked her to empty anything i asked kindly if we could add hot water just a little? you have video cameras! just watch the video im not trying to get anything free and honestly if this is the way the owner treats unhappy customers then Im glad I stood up for myself and explained I was Not happy with the service that I didnt receive as you said your self I was only there 10 min and thats all it took to see that you business is unprofessional. Aarti Patil This nail salon is in a strip mall next to Home Depot. There is a s always plenty of parking. I always setup an appointment but I see a lot a walking. I usually get their #7 package with gel nail color. I like shorts nails and Natalie and her crew do a wonderful job every single time. Natalie gives good suggestions on color and style. I love the hot stone and oil massages. It makes me fall asleep every single time. I’ve been a customer at this nail salon for over a decade and I keep coming back.

Emily Miller No idea why this place has good reviews. Asked for builder gel and the nails chips immediately while I was still in the salon. When I asked for it to be fixed they were pissed and rude. I was cut with the e-file on three separate fingers when she was filing down the gel around my cuticle. I was in the nail place for over two hours and my nails look terrible and I have scabs from where I was cut. I really hope I don’t get an infection because the place is dirty.

Taylor Tried this place for the first time and brought my 98 year old grandmother and we had a wonderful experience. They catered to her needs for a pedicure and manicure while she was in her wheelchair. They were so kind. I also got my nails done. Kim, the owner, fixed my broken nail and recommended a better gel polish that strengthened my nails. They look and feel wonderful. Will definitely be coming back again!

Szilvia Leveleki First time at the salon, the lady was very harsh, I got bleeding nail beds, but at least her job was good on my nails. A week ago I thought I give them a second chance. This time it was a different lady and I got cuts and bleeding all over my fingers. She literally cut into my flash multiple times. It was painful for several days. I had my nails done for a vacation but I ended up having bandages on almost every fingers. 2 visits out of 2 with different workers can’t be a coincidence. I am from Europe and this is not how nails are done… This is the “fast food” version of a nail salon. It is only a week later and the gel is already coming off. Very disappointing.

She recommended dip powder nails and she let me know she would try anything for me and if I were to react she would take care of me, which I thought was very courteous. Vivian gave me a lovely pedicure and Sandy treated my mom, who came in with me, just right! The lady was super harsh, while cutting my cuticles I had to stop her 2-3 times saying it’s hurting and she is like yeah it is a painful process. Painful process from when. The lady kept on talking about her kids and gave zero attention to what I wanted. While paying, they asked if you can do Zelle. And the owner kept on peeping in my phone and I was so uncomfortable that she is looking at my bank account. I will add both what I asked my nails to be and what they did to my hands

M D I don’t think 2 of their nail technicians are very experienced because we went here twice and my daughter’s finger was injured. Last time my finger was bleeding bad too. I will not go back and I was charged for $65 on acrylic and just removing my daughter’s fake nails. I’m a filing a complaint to the better business bureau and the state to check if they are certified to work on nails.

Afshin Shokoohi The lady who does the nails made a 7pm appointment to do a full set and do my daughters manicure and pedicure. We were there at 7pm. But she took me at 730 and we got out at 9pm and she did such a horrible job with my nails, looked thick, short and looked like very unprofessional. .She charged me a full amont $150 and did not applogize or anything. My daughters manicure was Gell and after few days it start chipping off. I had to go back, she had to redo mine but did not do anything with my daughter. The lady was arguing that my 14th year old daughter was cooking or something that is why her gell was coming off. I will never go back in this salon. It appears to me all she wants to do is to make money but dont care about the rest.

As someone who is sensitive with people touching their feet, Sam did a phenomenal job and took care of my ingrown nail, instant relief! Cassidy Hyslop Ive visited this nail salon twice since moving closer to the area, and both experiences have been fantastic. I usually opt for dip manicures with designs, and Vi has assisted me both times. Her customer service is outstanding, and she accurately matched my nail inspo photos. Vi is meticulous and takes her time to ensure every detail is perfect, which I truly appreciate. In the past, I had issues with uneven nail beds at my previous salon, resulting in bumpy and thick dip nails. However, Vi dedicated extra attention to making sure my nail beds were smooth and even. I will definitely continue coming here, as theyve exceeded my expectations in every way. Their pricing is transparent, and they do an excellent job with color matching while handling everything with great care and attention.

Donna Nguyen Lovely design for my wedding nails. I also did a gel pedicure. Environment is nice and clean and they provide free drinks and snacks, but I brought my own. Made the reservation on their website ahead time for two people, but it doesnt let you book multiple services at one. I was able to call and let them know I wanted two services for mani and pedi. The nail technician sanded my thumb a little too rough making my skin burn a bit but corrected her it. I had one person work on my gel pedicure and one person on my acrylic nails. The whole duration took 2 hrs. The nails came out beautiful, however the glitter she chose makes a blue color in camera photos which is a bummer. Total amount was I think $115 and gave them cash tip.

brooke guerrero Rosehip is the only nail salon that I use after trying a few different places in town. My two teenage daughters love it too! The salon has recently had some nice improvements and now there are more/nicer pedicure chairs and the nail desks have been moved to an area with more space. The staff is always friendly, and I like the online reservation system because it guarantees you a spot even on really busy days. A shout out goes to Bonnie for always making our nails look amazing with fun and modern designs!

Emma Chang Laurie spent so much time shaping my nails so Im sure this mani will last. I asked for pointy nails but the result was almond. She had already filed them too short for pointy nails to look good, so Ill sharpen them later on. I asked for a matte topcoat and had to remind her again at the end, but it came out satin isntead of matte. Im not disappointed but wanted to share as an FYI. I dont think they charged for gel removal so my total for a gel Mani was $27. This is an unbearable price in Fremont!!

Delia Wareham I am super dissatisfied with the French tip manicure I got today at pretty nails. I came in with my daughter to get our nails done for an event today. The lady that did my nails was a bit shakey but I gave her the benefit of the doubt! She cut my skin in a few areas. During the process I told her I did not like the white tip ROUND and thought she understood me, she kept working without acknowledging my concerns. Anyway this is the WORST French tip I’ve ever had! 3 different workers and the owner looked at my nails and they shook their heads and apologized for the bad look. What was more disappointing is that I was not offered a discount. I paid the full $37. I don’t think she has enough experience. I do not recommend this place.

Dhwani Contractor Avoid this place! I had gone for gel manicure and pedicure. I went for the pink color 12 hr update: I It literally changed to cream color. I was so surprised that how did it happen. I went back to the salon, and although one nail artist was sitting idle, another artist just asked him to go back and not to give me service!!! 5 days update: The GEL nail paint started peeling off. It just stays at least for 1 month!! Clearly, they are using poor quality products, I wish I never went there, save some bucks by avoiding this place!!

Malinda Dominguez Came here for the first time since it was close by my work and I was taught a new lesson after my experience. Find a pedicure lady and keep her. I always thought i could just go wherever. I had a bad experience here. The lady who did my pedicure didn’t do a very good job. I was in pain a few days later until i got my pedicure done the right way. As you can see she didn’t clip and clean everything around my toe which left me with pressure and pain. Thankfully this didn’t lead to an infection like it could have. Just want to warn anyone who wants to drop by for a quick pedicure (spa pedicure) maybe you go to your original place. I would not come back here again.

Jessica Tibbetts Ugh what a HUGE disappointment. After looking at a ton of pictures of their work online. I had finally decided what I wanted and went in an hour before close. The fact they were open late was also a huge reason I had chose Sparkle. Ones turned away after walking in and asked to comeback the next day. I returned the following day, again asked if I could wait an hour. I went out to my car and waited. When I returned I waited for 45 minutes before being seated for a pedicure. Long story short, the technician wasnt able to understand I wanted the color GREY, I got silver. Additionally I was cut 2 times and asked her to stop pushing on my skin that had glue on it, she continued to pick at it, splitting my skin. Buttermilk V Whenever I feel like I deserve some TLC pampering and professional attention to detail, Nail Garden is my go-to place. As soon as I walk in, the atmosphere is lively with smiles, happy conversation, and good music. The place is always immaculately clean. My stylist at Nail Garden is Tina, and she truly deserves a special mention. Along with her coworkers, Tina works exceptionally hard to ensure that I receive top-notch service and leave happy. Im so impressed with Tina that I actually travel all the way from San Francisco to Fremont just to have her as my stylist. Her birthday is on October 10, and I really hope that I can be in town to make something special for her on her special day because shes absolutely worth it .

Emerald Solo I’ve been going here for I think about six months now maybe a little less I had to leave my last nail spa because every time I got my nails done it just got more and more and more expensive to where it was completely unaffordable and actually totally ridiculous and that was Rosehip Nail Spa so I switch to Gelish I have two awesome nail techs that I see Nancy and Nina they are both fantastic they each have their own excellent style they make my nails so beautiful long thin the way I like them the designs are amazing when I do designs and sometimes I just go neutral and they do that perfectly as well my Saint Patrick’s nails and my Valentines nails this year were really awesome. The prices change a little but not in any shocking way like Rosehip it just depends on what I want done and how much design I want when I go neutral it’s just $45 when I go with a lot like lately I’ve been doing yeah it goes up a bit but it’s still affordable I still go and pay that and tip them well too.

Carly Piller My friend and I found this place after getting our nails done at Coco Nails and hating them. They fit us in at 6 pm and fixed both sets. Helen specifically did an amazing job giving me glass nails. I’m not sure who my friend saw but the lady did a wonderful job giving her a sunset gradient. Highly recommend!
