Tiffany Pugh Love it here! Great, reasonable prices for their quality jewelry. My 9-year-old daughter loves hanging out in here and they treat her like a person. Go figure! The prices are so fair, that I can buy pieces for the youngster without breaking the bank or losing my mind if she loses them. Super cute gift wrapping available.

Megan and Ryan Grossmann I don’t even know where to start. First of all, Jasmin is so gorgeous. She’s like one of the diamond rings they sale. She was so patient and knowledgeable about certain rings and diamonds. I had the same ring for 17 years on my finger and it felt like I was going crazy trying to replace it.. I couldn’t find anything that I was really looking for but she made it happen. Edgar, behind the desk really knows that jewelry matters, taking his time and doing what he needs to do to make people leave with what they want. I can’t explain how happy I am, and I literally left with tears of joy!!

Crystal Mendez I visited this shop and needed a new chain and some modifications for my pendant with my late kitties ashes. They figured out how to turn it into exactly what i wanted and the price was extremely reasonable. They absolutely made my day and i highly recommend this business. Great service and gorgeous jewelery options.

Leniii I always go to this store and the employees are super nice and the customer service is amazing. But I recently went with my friend to icing , I am hispanic and she’s African American. As soon as we walked in the store this one cashier she’s a white older lady who has her hair dyed dark red and has tattoos on her arm, she gave us a dirty look and didn’t greet us. We felt unwelcome and stereotyped . As we were trying to shop she followed us and kept eyeing us , when she got a line she told another employee to follow us and stood so close to us . We were not stealing we were just trying to shop. It makes me mad when they assume you’re going to steal without proof.

Chloe Bells Super cute jewelry and nice staff but way too expensive for costume jewelry. The rings I got are super cute and said on the packaging that they were silver but it immediately turned my fingers green and began to rust. I wouldnt recommend this store.

Alannah Williams-Oliver The staff at Mark Allen is incredible! Everyone was so knowledgeable and patient with us while we figured out which rings we wanted. My engagement ring, as well as our wedding bands, are all from Mark Allen and we truly couldn’t be happier! We would recommend this store 11/10 times! A special shoutout to Mark and Felicia for all of their help along the way ❤️

Gwen lace Brown Beware of these dishonest jeweler. Not only was the lady EXTREMELY rude, but also lied when asked if it was a genuine stone, which was lab created. They were trying to trade for our natural stone and kept asking if we were going to take our stone with us. There is far more details about this sketchy situation but I would not trust this jewelery at all.

Carol King Yoga ER Sawyer is the best place in Santa Rosa for whatever you need or want. Repairs (like restringing), changing a clasp so you can use the bracelet or necklace, replacing earring posts.- all well done. They also have beautiful pieces. My beautiful engagement diamond and setting and also our wedding rings came from E.R. Sawyer. You can design your dream pieces and they will work with you and create them. I used my mother’s engagement diamond for a spectacular pendant that looks like a sun. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to details.
