Iannick Remillard I would give 10 Start if possible. I can’t explain how awesome Bryan is as a Gemologist. My now Fiance and I went ring shopping a while back and I had no idea what to look for. Bryan took his time to explain the clarity scale, flawless scale, size of the rings, shapes and colors. His knowledge and understanding of the numerous diamonds and rings are on a whole other level. 

When it came time to prepare the ring, with the perfect stone, Bryan found the Jack pot!!! A beautiful long oval diamond with a halo, and with his recommendation, he was also able to create the perfect matching wedding band. I can’t recommend Bryan enough as he doesn’t see his customers as a dollar sign but as someone in need of guidance to find that jewelry for that once in a life time special occasion. Can’t thank you enough Bryan Just one word to describe this and it is “Perfect”

Elie Schuss Shelly is amazing! The prongs holding the stone on my engagement ring kept coming loose and I was worried I’d lose the stone. I’d had them tightened before but it was clear the issue would keep happening so I realized I needed to get the whole thing reset. I texted shelly a picture of my ring and she immediately saw why the problem kept happening and worked with me to redesign my ring in a more secure way while staying in my price range. She made sure the design was exactly how I wanted it and really listened to me. I just got my ring back and it is absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough about how happy I am and how wonderful Shelly is.

When it was ready we arrived at the boutique to find that Alex and Peter had called my grandmother (who lived in Pebble Beach and was also a customer) and they opened a bottle of champagne to celebrate our engagement. Jaia Lin Don’t go here to repair your jewelry! They completely hacked my wedding ring during a simple re-size so that you could see the cut marks, solder, and even that it was no longer circular! I took it to another professional afterwards in tears and he said, “wow, did a blind, stoned, 19 year old do this?!?” To be fair, they gave me a full refund.
