They completely hacked my wedding ring during a simple re-size so that you could see the cut marks, solder, and even that it was no longer circular! I took it to another professional afterwards in tears and he said, “wow, did a blind, stoned, 19 year old do this?!?” To be fair, they gave me a full refund.
