David told me it may be a while to see if they could match the stones and gave me no guarantees. I had nothing to lose and missed wearing my "independence" ring. I was SO pleasantly surprised by the work they did on the ring! It looked like new and it was whole again. Jewelry is an investment in happiness. McWherters made me happy!

5 /5 Leonard Oliver: They repaired my wifes wedding ring and 4 months later one of the stones fell out. They replaced the stone as a warranty repair. My wife brought some old earrings that werent latching properly they repaired these while we waited and there was no charge. Throughout the entire process the staff were friendly and professional and the repair was phenomenal. I know where I will be making my jewelry purchases in the future.
