I came in knowing nothing about designing my fiancé’s engagement ring and they helped me through the process step by step. The ring turned out better than I could have ever imagined and we are so grateful for them. I will never go anywhere else!

    Scott Heitman: I brought in a watch that I recently inherited because it wasn’t working and I assumed it needed a battery. They don’t do watch service in house and needed to send it out to their expert. A few days later they said that it would be $650 to replace the battery. I wanted a second opinion so I denied the service and the watch was returned no problem. I took the watch to Creations Jeweler across town who also sent it in to their watch expert. When it came back they didn’t charge me anything because it’s an automatic watch that doesn’t use a battery, it just needed to be wound (I don’t know anything about nice watches obviously). So the watch expert at Napa Valley Jewelers, that had my watch for several days before sending the quote, was going to scam me $650 to replace a battery in an automatic watch?!!

She is wise and insightful, and the perfect guide if you are looking for a memorable & rewarding experience in customizing, upgrading, or purchasing fine jewelry. I first went in to have my engagement ring and wedding band re-imagined into a new piece, keeping the original diamond from the solitaire as the focal point. Sadie intuitively knew exactly what I was looking for, and was able to make some excellent suggestions. The jeweler is also very creative and artistic, so he made some enhancements, and what I got back took my breath away!! My husband was also super impressed, & loved the upgrade!! Well, riding that high, I brought in more pieces of jewelry and was able to transform 2 heirloom pieces, and do a partial trade-in with another piece for 2-carat diamond studs. The aquamarine pendant on platinum is an absolute show-stopper. The aquamarine is huge, but wasn’t set on a usable piece of jewelry. Sadie and the Jeweler turned it into a MASTERPIECE, that still kept the spirit of the original setting. Lastly, my family ruby ring was able to be a partial trade-in for an upgraded piece with higher quality rubies and diamonds. Overall this is one of the most fun shopping experiences I’ve ever had! I loved getting to be a part of the creative process, and see how my ideas were run with, and turned into something even better than I knew to hope for. Sadie is an absolute GEM (pun intended) to work with. Blue Diamond Jeweler really has the dream team in place. I can’t wait to go back!
