5 /5 Nancy Hayssen: Long live good ol Macys! One of the few good stores left at the mall!
5 /5 Alan Hennessy: Macys in the Plaza is a short drive from my home. There is plenty of parking and I always feel safe here. I do not like shopping online because it is so impersonal. The store is a great place to start the Christmas season. Its like the Macys Thanksgiving Parade ended here on the West Coast because the store is a welcoming, joyous place to be as it offers customers an abundance of offerings in an environment that makes you feel at home. The store looks like a Christmas Wonder Land and always sets the tone of the holiday season for me.
1 /5 Alma Rodriguez: Horrible customer service, I tried to buy fragrances for men but no one helped me. I tried to spray a bit of a mens cologne in a piece of paper testers and a young man asked me if I was going to buy it before I could even smell it. I dont think Armani or any other designer would like to have employees who arent capable of demonstrating their products working for them. I ended up shopping almost $1,000 in Nordstrom in Walnutcreek.
4 /5 bl tan: Quite an old mall in the Santa Rosa area, not much surprised for the shop.
Many store usually close in 7-8pm. Is a nice to chill during weekend time.
1 /5 Richard Orope: Recently visited the Santa Rosa Macy’s and had a poor experience. There was no staff available at the counters, and I spent over 20 minutes trying to find someone to assist me with a perfume purchase and a dress. Very disappointing customer service
