1 /5 Sam H: Horrible experience, I went there Sunday, May 18 around 3:45. The customer service was terrible, I’ve never dealt with employees so ignorant. One of the workers was trying on clothes over her jeans while restocking. I stood waiting in line to ask if I could try on clothes while the staff chatted with each other. When I finally got help they dismissed me, telling me that only 2 out of the 4 fitting rooms were open. After 15 mins of waiting, the line had over 10 people. The workers ignored the line and continued to chat even when multiple people tried to get their attention. I love Pacsun and wanted to get more things, but because of how customer service acted I just wanted to leave.
