My father’s stay there was brief but he was well cared for and treated with dignity and respect. The staff at Western Slope are caring and compassionate. Alana, Sarah and Jen were the first friendly faces we saw and they made all the difference in making it an easier transition. Nothing but stars for staff and the entire team there! They made us feel like family.

5 /5 Carolyn Stimers: The staff here is wonderful. They have a sweet young lady, Sadie (CNA) who could make you feel at ease and let you know you will be alright no matter what. Then there is Bryson (Nurse Supervisor), no problem to big no problem to small he will fix it.

Some previous reviews here caused me concern but after having had 4 appointment with Dr Noroton and the team @ Cedar Eye Center, I can say that the experience has always been pleasant & profession. Wait times have never been unreasonable, staff is friendly, they asked questions and listened to my concerns. I am glad to have chose Dr. Norton and Cedar Eye Center.

Joseph Plassmeyer: It is true that the staff is not the friendliest, however I dont consider them to be rude. So that doesnt bother me, some people just arent wired to kiss your but. Dr Cruz has been my physician since 2009 and I have no complaints. Always personable and familiar with my health issues. Very flexible on appointments, today I called at noon to see if I could see the doctor and they got me in to see him right away. I like that. Feeling better already!

michael almaraz: The doctor is rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and most of all, does not seem to care about his patients as much as his bottom line. He never answers messages. He never keeps to his schedule. And when these things are addressed, he becomes defensive and lies. While I was involved with him, I was in severe back pain. I asked for an appointment to be evaluated for the severity of my injury, but was denied and only given pain pills. He prescribed pain pills not carried by my pharmacy and because his staff does not pick up the phone ( and when they do he doesn’t respond to messages anyway) I eventually had to drive there to address this issue in person. I was asking for an equal or generic replacement. Instead, he made me set another phone appoint for 930am two days later. He never called. 5 hours later I had to call him. I was upset and called him out for his apparent lack of empathy and unprofessional attitude at my physical pain. He cursed me and told me to go to hell and find another doctor. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FAMILY. THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN THEIR TITLES AND COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT THE PATIENTS
