5 /5 Janine DAgostini: Western Slope health center is a wonderful facility you can trust with your loved one’s care. My father’s stay there was brief but he was well cared for and treated with dignity and respect. The staff at Western Slope are caring and compassionate. Alana, Sarah and Jen were the first friendly faces we saw and they made all the difference in making it an easier transition. Nothing but stars for staff and the entire team there! They made us feel like family.

5 /5 Carolyn Stimers: The staff here is wonderful. They have a sweet young lady, Sadie (CNA) who could make you feel at ease and let you know you will be alright no matter what. Then there is Bryson (Nurse Supervisor), no problem to big no problem to small he will fix it.

From the time she came there , you guys took very close care and making sure she was take, from changing rooms so she be comfortable, to your staff coming in on there day off.
