Bautista Jose Luis MD - Fresno michael almaraz: The doctor is rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional, and most of all, does not seem to care about his patients as much as his bottom line. He never answers messages. He never keeps to his schedule. And when these things are addressed, he becomes defensive and lies. While I was involved with him, I was in severe back pain. I asked for an appointment to be evaluated for the severity of my injury, but was denied and only given pain pills. He prescribed pain pills not carried by my pharmacy and because his staff does not pick up the phone ( and when they do he doesn’t respond to messages anyway) I eventually had to drive there to address this issue in person. I was asking for an equal or generic replacement. Instead, he made me set another phone appoint for 930am two days later. He never called. 5 hours later I had to call him. I was upset and called him out for his apparent lack of empathy and unprofessional attitude at my physical pain. He cursed me and told me to go to hell and find another doctor.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FAMILY. THEY ARE ONLY INTERESTED IN THEIR TITLES AND COULD NOT CARE LESS ABOUT THE PATIENTS
