4 /5 Joseph Plassmeyer: It is true that the staff is not the friendliest, however I dont consider them to be rude. So that doesnt bother me, some people just arent wired to kiss your but. Dr Cruz has been my physician since 2009 and I have no complaints. Always personable and familiar with my health issues. Very flexible on appointments, today I called at noon to see if I could see the doctor and they got me in to see him right away. I like that. Feeling better already!

5 /5 Leticia Creason: Dr. Cruz has been my doctor since I was 15 so for 22 years now. He has always taken really good care of me. He listens to every problem that I have had and I have had a lot. There is not 1 thing has hasnt taken seriously. He always refers me out to good doctors for my other problems. He does have a heavy accent but when he talks I just take the time and have the patience to listen a little better. I have been to other doctors for other things and they all have nurse practitioners and that is who I mainly see. Not Dr Cruz I see him every single time. Once in a while I do have to wait a while but then I have to remember the thing that I love about him as a doctor. He takes his time to explain everything and every problem you have. To me he is worth the wait. But most of the time I am in and out. I hope he is a Dr. As long as I am here because I would not want another Dr. My husbands Dr. sucks in everyway and makes me appreciate Dr. Cruz. I am getting him switched over as we speak. If you want a Dr. that really cares he is the one.

5 /5 Marva Ward: Dr Cruz is professional and proficient. He takes the time to listen to me and he stays up to date on the latest medical advances. My husband and I feel we are well cared for by Dr Cruz.

5 /5 John Wilkolawski: Dr. Cruz have been my physician for 25 years. He has been kind and sympathetic to all my needs. He is a very knowledgeable general physician. He even once sent me to a lab that did over $2,500.00 in free lab work years ago for me because at that time years ago I did not have insurance other than the VA. Today I am healthy and now 65 years old in part because of Dr. Cruz. I own a business and I know people are more apt to write bad reviews than complimentary ones. That You, John Wilkolawski
