1 /5 Spaek Intung: GO ELSEWHERE. BEWARE! ABYSMAL, UNCARING, EGOTISTICAL
Please allow for some descriptive introduction.
It would be better to drive to a scenic location and experience nature than experience the nurses here.
At first your treatment may be directed swiftly towards rarely available doctors who wish to actually help - but say, you experience poor side effects from your medication and need further help like my wife did today.
"Well, did you do any hard drugs?" a question we have been asked multiple times, or, "Is your husband who has been present for 100% of your appointments and care forcing you to take medication? Lets make sure hes out of the room before we continue".
Fully explaining that our prescription may have side effects FOUR NURSES! FOUR! Faced my wife and I and grilled her, when she already has anxiety in medical situations and Im already authorized to be involved with her care - what did they say?
Surely theyve reviewed her chart! Surely they know her situation!
No, 4 nurses who all turnedabout in their chairs to address my wife, and kicked me out of the room to tell her she was experiencing "stress from childcare" when she has a diagnosed and documented case of schizophrenia and DID.
Perhaps this is a Fresnian exercise in determining which people in the medical profession should be issued a restraining order from any and all medical patients for life.
To say we have been categorically-failed, betrayed, and violated by this experience when my wife already has diagnosed SMI and has been hospitalized several times within the past 3 years is an indication of abuse in the Fresno system.
There is an obvious path to removing the cancer present in this system. We will never be returning. There is no path to successful reform for this clinic with its present triage team members.
Edit: Ah, and for the record, this was almost a dozen visits in and many of the extremely pleasant and cordial office staff already knew us by face and name. Actually phenomenal clerical care by the actual good-hearted staff in the building. I wish this extended to triage.
