Jasmine Candelario: I have had a wonderful experience with heritage medical group urgent care. But last night really did it for me. Yesterday my son was sick, we couldn’t put his sweater back on and they offered us a blanket as we left so he wouldn’t be cold. The whole time they were so kind, and gentle with him. I am truly appreciative to have been met with so much kindness for my child and myself last night. Special shout out to his nurse Jasmin And Rocio who helped with his IV and to keep him as calm as possible during the insertion.

Craig Smith: The doctor was great and took care of me when I was sick. I think thats the only thing you want when you are sick and go to the doctors correct? Ms Mendiola (the doctor), made me feel comfortable and at ease. Shes addressed all my concerns and it was a very pleasant experience. Thank you very much!

Penny C: I saw Dr. Maria Potes for a well women exam. I will never see her again. I wouldnt even call it an exam. She is the reason people get over looked for health issues. She didnt listen to anything I asked about or my concerns for family health history or previous testing, she didnt even look at the paper I filled out in her hand and was putting whatever she wanted in the computer . I felt she was in a hurry and wasnt thorough. I complained to the front desk and the She called me 30 mins later and still didnt give what I asked for or addressed what I was concerned about. I then had a "Supervisor named Yvonne talk to me and then she was gaslighting me telling me i was to young to have what i have going on , which is completely false. Extremely disappointed. This appointment was super important and hoping I could finally get some answers, after waiting a month to get seen and then refered to her. Her nurse Elizabeth was super friendly , I appreciated her kindness. Thats the only positive thing I can say about that visit.

Melanie Culwell: Is it normal that I got my kid X-ray on Tuesday and its Thursday and still havent got the results? Wheres the urgency? If I wanted to wait 3 days (and counting) I would have just called her primary doctor and made an appointment there. Her wrist could be broken and they could care less. They told me that they were going to call me the following day and never did, Ive called them since and they say "oh we well related the message".

Anna Choumakova: My experience here was for labor and delivery and I was absolutely blown away by the incredible nurses and medical staff both on the delivery and postpartum floors! They made our experience memorable and everything felt seamless. I felt like everyone went above and beyond to provide support, communicate well and had an incredible bedside manner! I felt like I was in great hands the entire time. The facilities are also modern, comfortable and beautiful (where else do you get ocean view as you recover?!) and the celebratory dinner was a big cherry on top! I would highly highly recommend this hospital for L&D!

Evelyn Manye: I had an accident Jan 10th and was taken to the ER by an ambulance with a neck brace, broken lips and bloodied face and a lot of bruises. This place is a nightmare and I believe they watch people die everyday for the pleasure. The Dr was nonchalant, the nurse couldnt be bothered. She ordered CT scans and xrays, took 3 hours for me to get any information from them. She finally came to tell me I have nothing broken, I asked the neck brace be taken off because of the discomfort and sitting in that for over 5 hours. Doctor said nurse will come take it off. That took another 2 hours for the nurse to show up. I asked her why I am being ignored for so long and registered my disappointment for the horrendous treatment. The nurse blatantly told me she didnt ask the medics to bring me to the hospital. She then yelled on the hallway she will call security on me. I was astonished to say the least. The doctor came in another 2 hours later to tell me she has discharged me. Meanwhile my broken lips and bloodied face had still not been attended to. Also during the wait in braces, the billing department was too busy getting insurance to bill while I was not receiving any treatment. I was released from this ER with my still bloodied face and broken lips without any care. Two weeks later, they sent a bill of almost $21,000 to my insurance for things and treatments I never received. Unbelievable! This place is horrible! Avoid it like a plaque if its in your power Drs Name: Jon Ludwig We need to name and shame horrendous healthcare workers, thanks to them, I currently have bumpy and scared lips

Mandy Phillips: My daughter was admitted and stayed for 7 days. She has Functional Neurological Disorder and we received such better care here than anywhere else we have been, including Cleveland Clinic. The Neurology team was amazing and I explained things to my daughter in a way she could understand. They did not dismiss her symptoms as being psychological and treated her with so much respect. I would not hesitate to return if ever needed. The nursing staff was also amazing.

Sequoia: This review is for Labor and Delivery. I gave birth to my child a few weeks ago, and it was an amazing experience!!! The Labor and Delivery team was professional, patient, sincere, and courteous. This was my third child, so I already had experience with giving birth in the health care setting. I would summarize my experience by saying that the nurses were attentive to my individual birth plan and respectful of my Christian beliefs, and the professionalism was top-tier, as my husband and I observed that the nurse team and medical staff were courteous and genuine toward me, him, and our baby throughout our stay. I HIGHLY recommend that you have your baby at this hospital!!! Shout out to nurse Adrienne, you were fantastic!!! God bless you!

Athena Baby: I wish I could give no stars. I would never go to this hospital again. They are unprofessional, they are disgusting. They do not care and the security. There are thieves every hospital who has taken my lighter. Has always given it back or put it in my bag with no problem. This hospital turned around and stole a good lighter that I had. Then when I asked it back, they said no I saw security lighting their cigarette outside with it. Do not come here at all. When I went to go also use the bathroom. What kind of hospital forgets? They have a patient sitting out in the hall. They stripped my gurney and forgot all about me. Ill say it again. I will never come here ever. I will forever be going to another hospital who actually cares

Kate Wilson: If I could give ZERO stars I would. My 3 year old daughter came in wheezing & 103 temp. The doctor not only diagnosed her incorrectly with Croup Cough, but after looking at her X-ray and told me she didn’t have pneumonia. They release my daughter with a 100. 3 FEVER STILL, and two days of my daughter continuing to decline I rush her to her pediatrician who tells me right away that she HAS PNEUMONIA. The ER department needs to do better and learn how to be compassionate especially to CHILDREN. Can’t do that? Don’t choose a profession where you have to save lives with empathy. I will be following up with the ER doctor that treated my daughter. So so disappointed in the ER but thankful there are a handful of doctors that can actually do their job.
