They made me call medical in January to expidite my approval medical request X-rays and as of today she has not done her job. I been with in pain just for waiting for them to do her job. All the staff are just talking on the phone cell phone and not doing anything since the Dr. is not there the OWNER dont go there they this office is the worst one.

Ive literally been burned during one appt with a sad permanent scar, youd think they would try harder to help me with this issue. I even reached out to my old insurance to help me get it settled.
