Ziomara Aviles I Was referred by my primary dentist To have a root canal done on one of my bottom front teeth.
I must add the fact that I’m typically very anxious just when coming to have dental procedures. This was going to include whitening as the dying tooth was basically was pretty brownish yellow. The entire process was great. I had to come back a couple times so that once The root canal was done, the Whitening Was then done.Dr O’’callahhan ensured that I was comfortable The entire time. After the root canal, the discomfort was minimal as would be expected but ever so minor. I would highly recommend her and the support staff. 100% satisfied.

Cherokee S Overall, I had a good experience with this dental provider, however, I had a separate issue with the billing.
With regard to treatment, I was referred to this business by my regular dental provider. The dentist at this business explained the process very well and his assistant was very kind and professional.
Regarding the billing, I was not informed that the procedure would max out my insurance for the year, and that there would not be enough insurance to cover the second portion of my procedure with my dental provider, thus, I have to wait until my insurance kicks back in at the beginning of the year in to receive the second part of my procedure, unless I self-pay well over $1,000, which is ridiculous considering my insurance will cover this.
As advice to the business, I believe it should be routine to advise patients who undergo multiple step procedures how much of their insurance will be used for services at this business, so that if insurance is maxed out after services at this business are performed, the patient can plan accordingly so that the first and second procedures can be covered by insurance instead of having to wait, which can cause further dental issues in the interim.
If you are a patient considering this business, I would inquire about how much insurance will be used and what would be left over if you need to undergo a procedure with this business, and a follow-up procedure with your regular dental provider afterwards.

Stacy B Beware!! Please dont waste your time at this office. Theyre only concerned with money and dont care about your health. 2 1/2 three weeks later, I end up losing a tooth and left with permanent nerve damage on the right side of my face.
I went in for a retreat root canal with Dr. Hirose on February 11. I came back for a follow-up on March 10 to make sure I had no more pain, and I did NOT! Dr. Hirose said hed check my tooth and send me to get my crown checked.
For some reason, I was in his chair for two hours! Towards the end, the pain started, and he explained that he had accidentally put a hole in my tooth on my cheek side. He said it was nothing to worry about and that everything would be fine.
Well, unfortunately, everything is NOT! fine. He lied on his paperwork and stated in his report that he had found a hole in my tooth that was already there, along with a small crack. Its illegal to backdate and falsify reports, and he did both!!
The owner is so disrespectful and rude. All she cared about was my $900 co-pay, but she never showed any concern for me as a patient. Thank God I have a record of what happened.
I left the office with my right side of my face swollen and in pain. I went to the ER, had a CT scan, and got a second opinion from another endodontist. My pain is getting worse, and my face keeps swelling up and turning red, Im unable to chew on my right side because the tooth hurts so , I wake up with headaches and I have PTSD because of my experience.
I put my trust in this dentist office, but they failed me. I was treated like a dog on the street. Every time I look at my face, I get more and more upset instead of taking full responsibility for what went wrong they chose to deny and ignore all my emails.
The owner Stated I miss heard what he said when he told me that he accidentally put a hole in my tooth. Ive been in a medical field 18 years. I report back to doctors, nurses and managers. Never have I misspoke regarding a patient chart. I most definitely will not be miss speaking regarding mine. Lack of Accountability!! But trust me they will be held accountable for his malpractice!! This is not how you start off in the medical field Dr. Hirose.
