My first appointment with Dr.Aneja was very successful and helpful. Dr. Aneja made me feel very confident, relaxed and comfortable on the dental chair. The staff Bimla, Dr. Anejas assistant was very caring and helpful. During the visit I felt very confident going to Castro Valley Dentistry again and finish all my dental work. My overall experience with Dr. Aneja and her staff was outstanding and comforting.

The receptionist Kelly was wonderful and very friendly. I was very nervous to go to the dentist, but all the staff made me feel very very comfortable and took my dental anxiety away. After getting x-rays, the hygienist numbed my mouth and soon after the procedure began. I was so scared but the doctor and assistant were so nice and took care of me. I was pleasantly impressed with my first visit here and grateful they relieved me of my toothache.

Raul Granados Jr: This office has become a nightmire after the MALE Doctor is no longer ther like before, the staff dont answe phone calls at all I have since December waiting for the female young lady to submitt my approbal through medical and until today March 2025 she has not done her job. They made me call medical in January to expidite my approval medical request X-rays and as of today she has not done her job. I been with in pain just for waiting for them to do her job. All the staff are just talking on the phone cell phone and not doing anything since the Dr. is not there the OWNER dont go there they this office is the worst one.

Dr and the team, who worked on me, always made me feel comfortable. But I have a billing issue and I am still paying for services I never received. I started my phone calls at the beginning of February and its now May 3rd. Ive literally been burned during one appt with a sad permanent scar, youd think they would try harder to help me with this issue. I even reached out to my old insurance to help me get it settled. Its been a long game of phone tag.

Patricia Boucher: First of all, I came to this office for treatment. It turned out that they did a root canal and the cap they put in was too small on my tooth which caused me to lose my tooth permanently and very serious infection, which a had to see a specialist and was told it could had spread to my brain if I had waited 2 more weeks. Secondly, I called the office to make an appointment to talk to them about the issue and was told we will call you back to confirmed. call never came. I went to a different dentist to get checked out and found out I had an infection. I contacted them to let them know what had happened. I got a call from their manager Brain and said that they review the x-rays and was nothing wrong. Went to take them x rays and notes from 2 different dentist Stading that the root canal was done wrong (they left a root untreaded). Once I told the manager that if I had seen their reviews, I would have NEVER set a foot in that office. after that He ask me to leave because HE was "uncomfortable" Instead of deescalating the situation he asks me to leave. Im not asking for all of MY money back, just the money for 2 caps that did not work and no longer have them... lost both teeth! This will also be reported to My old Insurance, BBB and Dental Board of California.
