1 /5 Katherine Castellanos: I was only a patient of this office for a little while before moving out of state.Yes, the wait can be long but the most of the staff were great. Dr and the team, who worked on me, always made me feel comfortable. But I have a billing issue and I am still paying for services I never received. I started my phone calls at the beginning of February and its now May 3rd. Ive literally been burned during one appt with a sad permanent scar, youd think they would try harder to help me with this issue. I even reached out to my old insurance to help me get it settled. Its been a long game of phone tag.
