5 /5 Maria G: I personally have not been there but my 6 yr old granddaughter had to have her bottom babyteeth removed because the adult teeth were growing and those had not fallen out. She was so scared to go and asked me to be there for her, my son also was having work done so I figured they would make me wait outside because of covid because they knew that my granddaughter needed me there they let me sit in their waiting area to reassure my granddaughter knrw I was there. They calmed her down and only with local sedation they removed her teeth. She was happy when she left and I was happy the doctor explained everything to her and made her not be afraid of the dentist. I will be making my next appointment with them, thanks team for making everyone feel at ease.

5 /5 Diana Nguyen: Dr. Duong is thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and attentive. I saw him for a few different procedures and he is very professional, as well as his team. They make sure all my questions are answered and I feel minimal to zero pain. Further, the office is clean and staff is always smiling and keeping a calm demeanor. I will continue going to Dr. Duong for all my future dental needs!

1 /5 Ramon L: I dont recommend this dentist/place. Both locations. They have another location on Atlantic blvd. In the city of monterey park. They are not honest. Talk to your insurance about how the co-pay works before you go and If you go to this place I recommend you to ALWAYS ask for a receipt(trust me). In case you want to make any complaints to your insurance about these locations. They over charge my insurance and they over charge me on the co-pay. In their defense they are just like all the dentist (industry). They want to get as much as possible out of your insurance and you.

5 /5 Alex Graham: Been coming to Dr. Duong for 8 years now. He has two offices, but I always come to Pico Rivera office. Great professionalism and dental care, receptionist Nancy always reminds us to come in every 6 months. Thanks for such great customer centered service!

Sarah: I selected this dental office due to an advertised $99 X-ray, cleaning and exam special. When I arrived, they quoted me $250 for x rays alone. I instantly knew she was lying to me. After I left I looked into Dr Noor’s history and I’m glad I never let her touch me. Blatantly not documenting a patient exam, overlooking cancer and fraudulent treatment recommendations. Receipts are posted. My thoughts are with those she continues to lies and manipulate. ❤️ Sad that it seems her daughter is involved as well. I requested a second opinion on cost for exam and was quoted $30 for X-rays and exam from competitor. Check the photos.

. fausto: Be careful. Its a lot of money paid to be in pain.. My family has all had a bad experience here. Dr and staff are friendly but the work is not the best. My mom had a root canal done. He had to keep fixing it. The last time his filling removed he didnt want to fix anymore (less then 8 months). She had to get it urgently fix elsewhere. My husband had to get a few things done but all they did is show us the invoice for the plan and only make a hole in one of his teeth. Filling removed in less than a month.. Went to a different dentist who did a successful tooth extraction in no time.
