Rose Saga: I used to go here but switched dentists. Every time i went in for a cleaning they would make me pay extra $100+ for an “antimicrobial rinse.” Went to a different dentist, they gave me a whole bottle of the stuff for $30. The rinse they tried to push was not only crazy expensive, I doubt it would have been effective treatment. When I was prescribed by my new dentist, I had to use the rinse twice a day for a whole week, not just one time. Dentist was so rude when i declined extra service. She spent 10 seconds poking around my mouth without regard for comfort or pain and walked away. My new dentist actually talks to me with respect and works with me to provide care. If you only care about timely appointments for cleaning, this place will work fine. If you actually want care and professional service, go find another dentist. This place only cares about your money.

Billing staff, and the manager were great. The dental office was clean and so well maintained all the medical equipment was so modern. My Dentist that examined me was amazing! He explained my x- rays and gave me options. He was so sweet and patient and caring and gentle. I felt so comfortable in the treatment room. I was informed about what would be done and how long it would take. Sorry I forgot his name :( I really recommend this dental office:) Also for payment plan I really recommend care credit no interest if its paid in full in 6 months they can help you apply there at the office.

Bullis Road location many times and never knew such a treasure and gem resided literally less than 1mile from residents. With that said I was referred via emergency to Farwest Dental by Medi-Cal as I needed to emergency work done ASAP. Given the procedure I opted to embark on for my version of the perfect smile I was comforted by exemplary professionalism and wisdom. I was quite nervous and left 5 teeth extracted feeling confident that I was great hands and needed not to worry, nor overthink the procedures I need.
