Rita 1st time coming here.I loved it, fun for the kids. Exceptional care, dental hygienist was amazing with my son, he was so comfortable and at ease. X-rays were easy, receptionist was fenomenal. Dentist explained everything perfectly well. Highly recommend.

Staff is very lovable very kind. Very nice very friendly. they are very gentle and loving with your kids when it comes to getting their teeth cleaning done it’s a magical place. Angel Crown Very expensive they always come up with bs and dont honor warranties, crowns are cheaply made and pay high price for them. Had to get it replaced like 3 time and they never honor the warranty. Found a better dentist and half of what they charge here and with insurance. Never coming back

I had some issues with my insurance plan the front office took the time to get this resolved . My family and I were getting X-rays and evaluations and cleanings, the front office ladies were all taking the time to reach my insurance carrier. Most offices would have told my family and I to reschedule and come back for another day. The doctors were very friends and nice . I definitely staying with this office . 10 stars in my book, this is how a doctors office should flow and work .

Misavela Perez Its a nice place to go to. Been going for the past 2 and a half years for ortho. Receptionists are very welcoming, the Doctor is very helpful and dentist assistances are very kind and friendly. Can be pricey and your insurance might not be able to cover the cost. But they do have good payment plans. Definitely recommend if you can afford it.

Rebecca Balakier A few years ago, I had a root canal done at this practice that has now failed. I recently returned after noticing signs of infection, and X-rays confirmed the original procedure was unsuccessful—despite my following all care instructions. Now I’m told I need a retreatment, which is even more expensive than the original. When I asked if there was any flexibility in cost, given it was their work that failed, I was coldly dismissed with zero accountability. Dental work is expensive and based on trust. When a procedure fails, a good practice should stand behind their work. This one does not. I’ll be getting care elsewhere—and you should too. Their cleanings are also rushed and not very thorough. 2 stars because their hygienists are really sweet.

Lianna Ventura It was my first time coming to the dental office earlier this week. The staff is really friendly, patient and accommodating. After getting x-rays, the hygienist numbed my mouth and soon after the procedure began. I was so scared but the doctor and assistant were so nice and took care of me. I was pleasantly impressed with my first visit here and grateful they relieved me of my toothache.

Lizette Garcia Amazing service, they’re all super sweet and kind. It was my first time there and everybody was super sweet, I enjoyed my time there. I felt comfortable and relaxed when usually at the dentist I start getting nervous but they made my experience enjoyable. Nobody was in a bad mood and everybody once in a while can get a little moody, but they were all kind and sweet. 10/10 experience.

Sarah I selected this dental office due to an advertised $99 X-ray, cleaning and exam special. When I arrived, they quoted me $250 for x rays alone. I instantly knew she was lying to me. After I left I looked into Dr Noor’s history and I’m glad I never let her touch me. Blatantly not documenting a patient exam, overlooking cancer and fraudulent treatment recommendations. Receipts are posted. My thoughts are with those she continues to lies and manipulate. ❤️ Sad that it seems her daughter is involved as well. I requested a second opinion on cost for exam and was quoted $30 for X-rays and exam from competitor. Check the photos.

Darrill Ramirez Coming to Dr. Noor was scary at first because I was seeing a new dentist. Her staff was welcoming and ensured I was taken care of. I initially came in for a wisdom tooth extraction and after the procedure I am happy with how the process went. I did have to wait longer than my originally scheduled appointment, but the extra tion was done quickly.

Raul Granados Jr This office has become a nightmire after the MALE Doctor is no longer ther like before, the staff dont answe phone calls at all I have since December waiting for the female young lady to submitt my approbal through medical and until today March 2025 she has not done her job. They made me call medical in January to expidite my approval medical request X-rays and as of today she has not done her job. I been with in pain just for waiting for them to do her job. All the staff are just talking on the phone cell phone and not doing anything since the Dr. is not there the OWNER dont go there they this office is the worst one.

George Lippert This is sad to report but what was once excellent service has turned into a nightmare. After a year with this office I still have no teeth or dentures that fit. I offered them a chance to make things right but have been ignored. I now have to go through the grievance procedures with denti-cal, LA healthcare, and the Dental Board of California. It seems they are over booked and under-staffed. Out of like 20 visits I only saw the actual dentist twice.

I already felt at ease knowing Dr.Ahn was going to be doing the extraction but now after this I am very excited and not scared at all to get the other side done. Stefanie Pallan The absolute worst experience. We received a dental referral for my daughters cavity. We made an appointment with Dr Vert, when the appointment was made I explained it was referral and which dentist referred us to them. As the client Im going to assume the receptionist has a procedure and how to obtain x-rays and whatever information they needed especially since I gave them the referring doctor. We get to the dental appointment and they didnt do that. They left it up to me to call my dentist and ask them for the X-rays. When the doctor came in the room I could tell he was already informed and assumed I was upset more than I was and when he was talking to me he was very defensive in his tone and the remarks he was making. Then he went on to try to discredit the dentist that referred us which then I had to let him know that was a family friend dentist who referred us. Well I stepped away to get their email address as I was on the phone with my dentist so they could get the x-rays My 9 yo daughter informed me that they were talking about our dentist in a negative tone while I was away. To me thats very unprofessional to make any sort of comments about another professional when the lack of professionalism was on their end because they didnt do their job They didnt ask for X-rays They didnt ask for information on the tooth that needed the filling when I made the appointment. It is not my job as the client to get x-rays and information that they need to do their job, They are the "professionals".

lisa viveros Nice experience. Took my son to oral surgeon Dr. Ameet Chopra. That’s one Alpha male dr. Very confident and you can tell he means business. I was not worried at all. It was so quick, and my son is currently still recovering with no issues. I already recommended this dental office to a coworker and my daughter. They have all types of dentists there. General/Cosmetic, Oral surgeon, pediatric dentist, periodontist, registered dental hygienist. I hope I didn’t miss anything.

Rebecca Arce Typically I’m the happiest here. And have been for the last 14 years. But this last visit the lady helping with my 7 year old son’s visit was not nice at all. Zero smile, also telling me I had to wait outside while she took my 7 year old. Which has never been the case. Just rude the entire time. Never said excuse me while I waited for my son. Was purposely grabbing stuff next to me and practically bumping into me. She was bothered that I asked to stay with my son while he was taken back for cleaning and X-rays

Katherine Castellanos I was only a patient of this office for a little while before moving out of state.Yes, the wait can be long but the most of the staff were great. Dr and the team, who worked on me, always made me feel comfortable. But I have a billing issue and I am still paying for services I never received. I started my phone calls at the beginning of February and its now May 3rd. Ive literally been burned during one appt with a sad permanent scar, youd think they would try harder to help me with this issue. I even reached out to my old insurance to help me get it settled. Its been a long game of phone tag.

Fat Cat The doctor and the hygienist are great I been going to them for 3 years i had work done there my cleaning - deep cleaning cavities. Bone graft on my front teeth 2 teeth were falling off they put bone graft on them to hold them in place. Can not complain everywhere you go is almost the same price so try to work with them if you thing is too much tell them fat cat send you thanks to Marisol and Celeste Also tell them if bone graft is good for you on the front teeth. I am careful what I eat not everyone is the same

Billing staff, and the manager were great. The dental office was clean and so well maintained all the medical equipment was so modern. My Dentist that examined me was amazing! He explained my x- rays and gave me options. He was so sweet and patient and caring and gentle. I felt so comfortable in the treatment room. I was informed about what would be done and how long it would take. Sorry I forgot his name :( I really recommend this dental office:) Also for payment plan I really recommend care credit no interest if its paid in full in 6 months they can help you apply there at the office.

Demarla Emerey My visit did not start off well. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my visit and wasnt seen until almost 2:30 which would be an hour and a half late. The dr seemed to be still working on another patient when I was placed in a room. I must admit my anxiety increased drastically just sitting and waiting! The dr was great, he explained everything step by step and tried his best to alleviate my pain. Unfortunately, we could not complete the exam due to my pain level.The front office staff were very friendly. If I would have been seen sooner the overall visit would have been much better.

Christian Perez I actually love Omid Dental Office and Dr. Ardy especially! No one and nothing compares. The first time I had scheduled an appointment here he told me two things; one, that I will experience ZERO pain in this office; and two, I need to clean my teeth. Both things were very much true, but something else was true as well that Dr. happened to leave out, that he’s absolutely amazing. I came in needing a root canal, which would be my second one. Unlike the first (mind you I went to a different dental office), this one did not hurt whatsoever, my experience was quick, easygoing, and I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. The staff here are very welcoming and friendly all the time. If you come here you will be delighted and overjoyed, not to mention you’ll walk out with clean teeth and will have experienced no pain. I couldn’t be happier to come again for future dental work. I look forward to racing Dr. Ardy in the 100m as he promised !! Overall, 15/10, definitely recommend.
