Maritzza Andraca: KIND Orthodontic and its staff is legit the nicest place ever. They always greet you with a smile and are always so KIND. Wouldn’t choose any other place for my child’s teeth needs.

Their office was previously in San Leandro which was closer to where I live. Even though their new office is now in Hayward, I am still making the drive to see her because its totally worth it! Office is clean, they use up-to-date technology and staff are always nice. I love the text communication which makes getting dental services so smooth and painless. Ive referred several family and friends and will continue doing so. Ive had my fair share of horrible dentists growing up so have always had a fear of going to the dentist but Dr. Amy Nguyen turned it around and I really dont mind going to the dentist anymore. Highly recommend!!

My first appointment with Dr.Aneja was very successful and helpful. Dr. Aneja made me feel very confident, relaxed and comfortable on the dental chair. The staff Bimla, Dr. Anejas assistant was very caring and helpful. During the visit I felt very confident going to Castro Valley Dentistry again and finish all my dental work. My overall experience with Dr. Aneja and her staff was outstanding and comforting.

Lianna Ventura: It was my first time coming to the dental office earlier this week. The staff is really friendly, patient and accommodating. After getting x-rays, the hygienist numbed my mouth and soon after the procedure began. I was so scared but the doctor and assistant were so nice and took care of me. I was pleasantly impressed with my first visit here and grateful they relieved me of my toothache.
Raul Granados Jr: This office has become a nightmire after the MALE Doctor is no longer ther like before, the staff dont answe phone calls at all I have since December waiting for the female young lady to submitt my approbal through medical and until today March 2025 she has not done her job. They made me call medical in January to expidite my approval medical request X-rays and as of today she has not done her job. I been with in pain just for waiting for them to do her job. All the staff are just talking on the phone cell phone and not doing anything since the Dr. is not there the OWNER dont go there they this office is the worst one.
Katherine Castellanos: I was only a patient of this office for a little while before moving out of state.Yes, the wait can be long but the most of the staff were great. Dr and the team, who worked on me, always made me feel comfortable. But I have a billing issue and I am still paying for services I never received. I started my phone calls at the beginning of February and its now May 3rd. Ive literally been burned during one appt with a sad permanent scar, youd think they would try harder to help me with this issue. I even reached out to my old insurance to help me get it settled. Its been a long game of phone tag.
