  • What Clients Are Saying about The Pirate Park (on GG)
5 /5 Yulia Vashchenko: We were passing through this city and the child really wanted to play on the playground. I am very glad that we found such a cool playground with a sea pirate theme. Lots of different amenities: swings, slides, climbing frames. It is located on the territory of a large park and you can easily find a recreation area with tables and a toilet. There is also a shop-cafe in the building near the pool.
5 /5 ai ball: Great park for all ages. They have lots of things to climb for older kids and the younger ones can crawl underneath the ship. The sand play area is great. I saw a few kids building a dam together. Very cute.
5 /5 Jim Kara: Neat little park nestled on the hill behind the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center. The creative designs of the park playground equipment appeals to kids and their folks! There’s also picnic tables, public restrooms and close access to cool grown ups walkways, rustic landscape and nature trails! Those who visit here may also be visitors at the pool, which shares the same parking lot The park has nice shade trees that are great shelter for warm days, tho when nippy, I’d have to say shiver me timbers!
5 /5 Muzett Hernandez: Had an amazing time with my son. The park has several playgrounds. Really feels like a pirate ship. There are also plenty of spaces to gather or celebrate a birthday. Will be returning soon.
5 /5 W OBrien: Fun park for kids with nice rest areas for parents. Plenty of great pirate themed playground equipment in addition to swings and sand pit. Plenty of park benches with shade give a nice reprieve from a sunny day. Near by restrooms are what you expect from a public park. You can even take a nice short nature walk thats right next to the park.

    Santa Monica Pier Carousel
Samansa: Very timeless and beautiful! As an adult, I didn’t think I’d get the chance to ride a carousel again, but during my visit to the Santa Monica Pier, I stumbled upon this lovely, historic gem and was thrilled to see that adults were welcome to ride. Tickets were just $3 USD, and the staff were kind, welcoming, and had no issue with me joining in. The building housing the carousel also featured other well-preserved historical pieces, along with informative displays that added to the charm. The experience was truly joyful and brought a wave of childhood nostalgia. I had a wonderful time and left with a big smile on my face. Highly recommend visiting if youre at the Pier! Its a special little piece of history.

    Palisades Park
Russo Gasimov: Palisades Park is a beautiful and peaceful place to visit. It sits high above the ocean on a long stretch of Ocean Avenue, giving amazing views of the Pacific Ocean and the coastal mountains. The palm trees and fresh coastal vibe make it perfect for taking photos and relaxing. Sunset is the best time to go, the sky looks magical! Many people enjoy picnics on the grass or jogging along the path. It’s also just a short walk from Third Street Promenade, which is a nice bonus. A great spot to unwind and enjoy nature in Santa Monica!

Melon: It was cloudy but still with a lot of people. Small waves but fun to be in. A lot of street vendors with fruit, corn and snacks. Make sure you bring a tent or towel or unbrella because its literally just sand.

victoria: This is one of my favorite beaches, been coming here since I was a kid, so many happy memories from childhood, teenage years, etc. The beach is fairly clean, however you do have to watch out for the water report cause it can get dirty. Be sure to bring a sweater or blanket cause after 5 it does get cold. It can be hard to find parking, there is a bit of traffic, the bathrooms can get a little dirty, and it can get pretty crowded.
