5 /5 Madeline Pfister: I have been gong to the Loft to see Deb for ten years. She is hands down the best massage therapist I have ever worked with. She has the most healing touch and is such an amazing person. 10/10.

5 /5 Alyssa Ramp: Went in for a trim with Jazelle a little over a week ago. (The original cut was done in February.) Long story short, I love this salon and Jazelle! She is so talented and knows how to cut hair. Overall, I need more thoughtfulness and care since my hair is fine and that is exactly what she provides. The energy just feels good and everyone is so authentic and kind. Hospitality is alive and well! You can book massages and facials, too. I can’t speak to the facials yet.. but I’ve had two massages with Molly. She’s really helped me with relieving shoulder tension and stubborn trigger points. If you need to breathe a little and gift yourself some overdue self care - this is THE place. Thank you! :)

5 /5 J e: A gem! I went to Grace for a haircut and she did wonders with my difficult to style, thick and half wavy/half straight hair. She also provided education on how to better manage my hair. I also have been going to Destiny for Jet Plasma facials and it has done wonders for my skin. I have both fine lines and acne scars and it’s helped both.

5 /5 Firouz Vafadari: My hair was tangled and matted, Jazelle patiently detangled my hair for hours, she gave me a pleasant hair massage and scalp treatment as well. I brought my long hair back to life thanks to her! The before and after photos are unbelievable. She even gave me advice on how to keep my hair healthy. I’ve never seen a hair stylist this nice, professional, and patient; what a great experience!
