Mary Claire Menconeri: Just had my first cut done here with Lauren and I can’t say enough what a great experience it was. Lauren put real time and effort into finding out the style I was looking for and then executed it beautifully. Her thoughtfulness and care made all the difference. It’s been many years since I’ve had a haircut that made me so happy. It’s a bonus that the salon itself is gorgeous with amazing light. Plus online booking and not feeling pressured to buy products are major pluses. I finally have a salon I’m happy to become a regular at!

Credit where credit is due, but also accountability where accountability is due.
The stylist completely mishandled my keratin treatment by neglecting to use the product properly. My hair was left stiff and dry. After talking to another stylist/owner and confirming with the MANUFACTURER, it was clear the product was mishandled. They offered a redo, which was the bare minimum. The stylist even admitted she doesn’t like doing keratin treatments and removed it from her card. The service should have been reassigned to someone else when I requested an appointment. Terrible management, miscommunication nightmare. Proceed with extreme CAUTION if you care about your hair at all!
Rebecca-Linh Rodgers: Becca Helme is amazing. Shes been doing my hair for a few years and Ive gone from long to short/light to dark (depending on the season) and she always understands my requests and consistently continues to impress me every time I leave her chair. I highly recommend her services!
Ava Sassen: Jean-Marie did a phenomenal job, I only cut my hair twice a year usually and i’m pretty nervous when I go into hair salon. He made me feel very welcome and calm, giving me the best haircut i’ve ever had. I wish I could give more stars

Aesha Maniar: Good quality place for nails. Extremely timely and efficient. If you have an appointment they will be ready at that time exactly. Gel manicure and regular pedicure done in 1h - i even ruined my pedicure at home (i put on my shoes too soon) and they let me come back to get it fixed for free

She is really gifted with talent and creativity. She is also a great listener and able to manifest my wishes into amazing hair. Recently I have decided to transition to my natural silver and I was a little worried about what that would look like. It was kind of a big decision for me.
