5 /5 Denise Weatherwax: Noelle has been cutting and coloring my hair for 13 or 14 years. Shes the BEST and she keeps her salon impeccable and carries quality products that you cant find everywhere. I am especially impressed now by the Covid-19 protocols she has put in place -- I know she has a real commitment to her clients safety, not just lip service to the requirements, and I felt safe getting my hair cut there last week.
