1 /5 Jessica Gilbert: Worst haircut + customer service I’ve ever had from a salon.
I showed Angie the same picture I had shown her once before, and got an entirely different haircut than the last time. My hair looks like it had chunks taken care of it (pictures attached). My mother, sister, and boyfriend called my hair “hacked at”.
Though the haircut was bad, the complete lack of communication after the fact was even more disappointing. I’ve reached out to Angie and the salon over both email and Instagram, and have not received a response in nearly 4 weeks.
Not the first haircut I haven’t liked, but definitely my worst salon experience.
