Martha is through in explaining the steps of whats needed, answering all my questions. I needed a tune-up plus a sensor replacement. My car was ready within the day, and I found the repair cost amount to be fair. Martha is pleasant to work with. Thank you, and Ill be coming back for the next oil change. Geneva Bunda: I went to a different auto shop around the corner which provided absolutely no help as far as diagnostics even though they supposedly offer it. I went across the street and found Luis’s auto repair. They were friendly, knowledgeable and were able to translate what was wrong w my car in simple terms (I’m just a girl!) - I was grateful they were able to fix my car same day and less than 6 hours, without troubling me. I was given a quote of $500 ish but when they said I needed an oil change I allowed them to handle that and for some reason I paid $600+, so I’m wondering if an oil change is $150 here? Anyways, I’m grateful they got the job done on such short notice.

woolf brebner: I took my truck here to do a front end alignment after I hit a pole and it pulled to the right. They told me my suspension was worn out and they might not be able to get it properly aligned. They quoted me 2000 dollars for new tie rods, new wheel bearings, new ball joints and a new center link. I put the truck up in my driveway, only the tie rods were actually bad. I replaced the ball joints too to be safe- out of all 4 only a single one had minor play. My wheel bearings had zero defects upon inspection and simply needed to be re-greased. The reason my truck was pulling was because the camber was off. I can see clearly on the alignment sheet they did not bother adjusting the camber or castor- if they didnt have any shims they could have just said so. I had to ask them twice before they would give me the alignment sheet. If I had paid them 2 grand to rebuild my suspension the truck still would have pulled. When I removed the old tie rods both of them had clear rust marks that would have taken years to develop and required significant force to break indicating they didnt even touch them but I cant prove that.

Joseph: I scheduled an appointment for a SMOG check, which should be very quick, routine, and straightforward. I arrived there a few minutes early and they all looked at me like they had no idea of any appointment and told me they were waiting on "the guy" whatever that means. SMOG check isnt a specialty service, shouldnt require a special "guy" to do it. Meanwhile every single service bay is occupied so they have me park and wait. Im waiting there for 30 minutes with no one updating me on anything. The whole point of the appointment is to be given service when it is that time. Dont have time to wait around an undetermined amount of time during a workday. Bad experience, wont be returning.
