1 /5 Kao Saephan: I just called Savy Autobody for a quote, and I’m honestly shocked at how unprofessional the experience was. As soon as the phone was picked up, all I heard was a rude and dismissive “Yeah!?” No “Hello,” no mention of the business name—nothing that even remotely resembled a proper greeting.
Confused, I asked, “Is this Savy Autobody?” and the response I got was a lazy, almost annoyed, “Umm… yeah, who’s this?” At that point, I knew this was not a place I’d ever trust with my car.
For a business that relies on customer service and trust, this kind of behavior is a massive red flag. If they can’t even answer the phone with basic courtesy and professionalism, how can anyone expect quality service or honest work in their shop?
This felt more like calling someone’s personal cell phone than a legitimate business. First impressions matter—and this one screamed disorganized, careless, and disrespectful. I won’t be giving them my business, and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before doing so either.
