5 /5 K: I had an appointment with Karen, and I cannot stop staring my hair in the mirror ever since! I didnt know a great haircut really gives me confidence. I showed her a picture how I want my hair to look like, and she made it even better! I loved that how she was checking with me through out the appointment. She was so sweet and fun to talk to :) I cannot wait to comeback next time!
