Gary Wilson made my experience smooth and easy. He assisted with getting the correct information from my warranty/service contract. I really appreciated him going above and beyond. Very pleasant to work with.

He has always been very friendly and helpful and is very knowledgeable about most things Cadillac! He even looks for the best price I can get for the work my car needs!! Not only do I appreciate Ken, but the whole group at Team Cadillac is great! I love the waiting room with comfortable seating and yummy snacks, its a great way to escape for a while. I dont think I can buy anything but a Cadillac, because I wouldnt have Ken!

5 /5 Jeanne Thorsson: I met with Jazzmon yesterday at the service center. She was very professional and explained everything to me. They were busy but made time to even wash my car upon completion. Im going back again for warranty service when parts come in. I had no idea something needed to be addressed. I only take my car to Gary and his team!!
