Instrument Cluster Repair - Vallejo (CA)

1 /5 David Gonzalez: Took my cluster to this spot and he took about a week to repair due to ordering parts. After I picked it up he said " I guarantee it will work" Got home and put it In my car and the cluster was having more issues compared to before the repair was done. I called him and he said he didnt know anything and that it could be my car. Fast forward to today. I sent it out to a website called UpFix.com and they told me there were no errors, but they could still do a rebuild and they did and now it is working fine. I believe what happened is he put the cluster on his machine and didnt see any errors and he figured he didnt have to do any actual work on it. Not only did I pay him $370 but I also had to commute all the way to him. If I could give 0 starts I definitely would as this person is not an honest business owner.

1 /5 Naven Prasad: Took my ford f150 to get repaired for an instrument cluster a while back. Long story short he repaired the instrument cluster and it was fine for the first two days and then the guages started dropping and going back to the original problem. He told me it can be a fuse but if it was a fuse i took it to ford dealer and they told me the problem is still the instrument cluster then what kind of repair did he make on my instrument cluster if that was the problem still he skimmed me for $280.

He was respectful and showed me everything he was doing every step of the way. After dealing with the issues that comes with a broken cluster for the past couple months, I was so so happy to walk away with a fixed cluster within an hour and a half. With all of his knowledge, experience and time, he is definitely worth the very reasonable price. 10/10 recommend paying him a visit if you find yourself in the pickle of a broken cluster!

There was barely no local expertise to fix my truck part. Dealerships lacked expertise too. When I phoned Eugene, he knew the issue right away. I explained it to him on the phone and set an appt. He fixed the instrument cluster in my truck in under 2 hrs. Highly skilled professional with outstanding customer service and fair pricing.
