Hikmet West: Today I came to get a tire because one of my tire was completely out and got a used tire for $50 anyway this tall guy that installed my tire was so rude! When he was changing my tire he told mw to hold the spare tire very interesting I am a customer and don’t have gloves. After he didn’t put the spare back and nodded his head to do it myself! WOW I have never experienced this kind of behavior! I ended up putting my spare tire back myself! I will never come back again! Walmart has cheaper and better tires! Very unprofessional!

I called them and got an appointment in two days, when I got back home. They called me on the appointed date to confirm their arrival. They arrived and immediately went to work. They were knowleable and very courteous . I was impressed with their professionalism! They completed the repair, had me check the output of the AC. It worked perfectly. They gave me a fair price and I signed up for yearly maintenance for my AC system. I would highly recommend Cool Auto to for anyone needing service for their vehicle.
