    Odell Toliver: I have a 2013 Class A Motorhome. I was in Oregon when the AC stop blowing cool air. I found Cool Auto on line and found they were in my hometown of Fairfield. I called them and got an appointment in two days, when I got back home. They called me on the appointed date to confirm their arrival. They arrived and immediately went to work. They were knowleable and very courteous . I was impressed with their professionalism! They completed the repair, had me check the output of the AC. It worked perfectly. They gave me a fair price and I signed up for yearly maintenance for my AC system. I would highly recommend Cool Auto to for anyone needing service for their vehicle.

    Danielle Watson: They said I needed a water pump and timing belt and it would cost $765 so I paid then they called and said I needed an oil pump because there was a hole in it and they wanted me to pay another $1300 they said the mechanic didn’t see the hole the first time when he did the diagnostic so I had it towed to another mechanic because I felt that they should’ve caught that hole in the beginning but when my car got to the other mechanic my car was basically a mess I didn’t need an oil pump I needed an oil gasket that was in back of the oil pump the gasket had collapsed they also did my timing belt but the timing belt cover was missing a bolt when it got to the other mechanic, my power steering belt was loose, my harmonic balancer was hand tightened and my upper radiator hose was collapsed I thought when you pay for a diagnostic they would tell you all this the first time especially since my oil pump is in the vicinity of the water pump please do not take your car there they half do things I would have had to pay another $1300 but I think if they would have fixed that oil leak while they had my car apart fixing on it the first time they wouldn’t have been asking for another $1300 because once he called back and told me that I needed an oil pump he wanted to charge me for the oil pump which I get that but they also wanted to charge me more hours it was going to take to go back in there and they could have taken care of it the first time please don’t trust these people they getting over on people. How you don’t put all the bolts back or tighten all the bolts
