James Green: Great experience! I had my vehicle towed on a Saturday and it was back in my possession the following Tuesday! Well, technically Wednesday, but thats because I couldnt pick the vehicle up Tuesday when they called me and let me know it was ready. They conducted a diagnostic test and determined the fuel pump needed replacing. Fairly decent pricing, the diagnostic test was actually the cheapest I found compared to any other places I researched and the tow truck driver gave me a coupon booklet. They also did an oil change for me as well, again decent pricing compares to a lot of other businesses! Staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Thank you AAA Fairfield Auto Repair!

Though even though I was late to my appointment they still squeezed me in for my oil change. Lounge area is ever so clean an inviting. The staff was more than inviting and interacted with those waiting for their services. I highly recommend this staff for their professionalism and setting a high standard. Sarah Spears: Good Guys auto was great to work with! They were very honest about what was wrong with our car, and very thorough with inspecting everything to make sure there were no other problems. They weren’t pushy about doing more than what the car was there to be serviced for, unless it was absolutely necessary. They worked with our warranty company and called twice to check in and let us know what they were waiting on, and when I got the estimate from the warranty company and replied via email to approve it, they called me to walk me through the invoice to make sure I understood everything. After the car was done, they texted twice to check in afterwards and make sure everything was running well. Great customer service, great repair work, great attention to detail. We will definitely come back!

Chris Hall: I was recommended this place by a co worker. Pullins lied to me about their ability to perform Ford warranty work. I had issues with a noise coming from the rear wheel, and the front breaks squeeking. They told me no problem, and they do ford warranty work. Come to find out, they can not do ford warranty work, then charged me for a diagnostic of the issues. They only addressed the rear wheel issue and never even looked at the front breaks.. charged me 165 bucks for NOTHING. I didnt ask for a diagnostic of the car, I asked if they did warranty work... so do not go here to have your car worked on, as they are likely to rip you off.

Travie_D _: I came here because I needed the oil and transmission fluid changed on my 94 GMC Sierra. They worked with my schedule and got it done for me quickly and for a reasonable price. Upon picking the truck up, I was speaking with the owner about how hot it was and I mentioned the AC didn’t work that well in the truck and he told me about this machine he just bought that fully services the system. So I said sure why not and next thing you know, my AC system was bled, checked for leaks and filled with brand new refrigerant! My AC hasn’t felt this cold in 10 years!! I’m so happy I decided to come here and their honesty and good workmanship has earned a new loyal customer!
