    Danielle Watson: They said I needed a water pump and timing belt and it would cost $765 so I paid then they called and said I needed an oil pump because there was a hole in it and they wanted me to pay another $1300 they said the mechanic didn’t see the hole the first time when he did the diagnostic so I had it towed to another mechanic because I felt that they should’ve caught that hole in the beginning but when my car got to the other mechanic my car was basically a mess I didn’t need an oil pump I needed an oil gasket that was in back of the oil pump the gasket had collapsed they also did my timing belt but the timing belt cover was missing a bolt when it got to the other mechanic, my power steering belt was loose, my harmonic balancer was hand tightened and my upper radiator hose was collapsed I thought when you pay for a diagnostic they would tell you all this the first time especially since my oil pump is in the vicinity of the water pump please do not take your car there they half do things I would have had to pay another $1300 but I think if they would have fixed that oil leak while they had my car apart fixing on it the first time they wouldn’t have been asking for another $1300 because once he called back and told me that I needed an oil pump he wanted to charge me for the oil pump which I get that but they also wanted to charge me more hours it was going to take to go back in there and they could have taken care of it the first time please don’t trust these people they getting over on people. How you don’t put all the bolts back or tighten all the bolts

    Monica N: Had a mobile service company (online scammers) make a new key to my Honda Pilot ignition only for them to completely break the nonfunctional key inside it destroying the housing. Long story short, estimates from all around the area were pricing the fix at $1400+. Bill fixed everything and even sourced the rekeying out to a local locksmith and it all came up to $700. He was a Godsend in a very stressful time.

    James Green: Great experience! I had my vehicle towed on a Saturday and it was back in my possession the following Tuesday! Well, technically Wednesday, but thats because I couldnt pick the vehicle up Tuesday when they called me and let me know it was ready. They conducted a diagnostic test and determined the fuel pump needed replacing. Fairly decent pricing, the diagnostic test was actually the cheapest I found compared to any other places I researched and the tow truck driver gave me a coupon booklet. They also did an oil change for me as well, again decent pricing compares to a lot of other businesses! Staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Thank you AAA Fairfield Auto Repair!

Though even though I was late to my appointment they still squeezed me in for my oil change. Lounge area is ever so clean an inviting. They were very honest about what was wrong with our car, and very thorough with inspecting everything to make sure there were no other problems. They weren’t pushy about doing more than what the car was there to be serviced for, unless it was absolutely necessary. They worked with our warranty company and called twice to check in and let us know what they were waiting on, and when I got the estimate from the warranty company and replied via email to approve it, they called me to walk me through the invoice to make sure I understood everything. After the car was done, they texted twice to check in afterwards and make sure everything was running well. Great customer service, great repair work, great attention to detail. We will definitely come back!

    Chris Hall: I was recommended this place by a co worker. Pullins lied to me about their ability to perform Ford warranty work. I had issues with a noise coming from the rear wheel, and the front breaks squeeking. They told me no problem, and they do ford warranty work. Come to find out, they can not do ford warranty work, then charged me for a diagnostic of the issues. They only addressed the rear wheel issue and never even looked at the front breaks.. charged me 165 bucks for NOTHING. I didnt ask for a diagnostic of the car, I asked if they did warranty work... so do not go here to have your car worked on, as they are likely to rip you off.
