Great communication. I very much felt like my Macan was in good hands. Pricing was very reasonable, as opposed to other garages in the area. This will be my default garage moving forward.

5 /5 Mike Basham: I fear going to the mechanic like some people fear going to the dentist. After far too many terrible experiences at the dealership’s service dept, I brought my Rover to AK when the engine light came on (and knowing there was probably all kinds of other issues that need to be addressed). Arsen ran the diagnostics and did a full check of the vehicle for me, so I can work toward returning it to tip-top shape. He separated the estimate into three parts which was great, allowing me to approve work on two items now and postpone the other for a little while. Bonus points for the wash and vacuum as part of service. Maintenance of my car aside, Arsen provided me with some great insights regarding specific models/years and other European makes I asked him about. I really appreciate his straightforwardness and honesty. I look forward to bringing my car back here in the future and giving Arsen my business - and I’ve never said that about any Rover shop before.
