Christina Mentes This is the second time I have taken my car to this shop and they have been consistently helpful and affordable. The first time was for a brake light and the second time for a distributor. They were honest in letting me know the part was still under warranty with another mechanic and recommended I go back to them. They saved me hundreds of dollars instead of profiting! I highly recommend them!

sunnie robertson I have gone to Ken Symer Automotive for the past 20+ years (Chevy, Toyota, Ford, and BMW). They are always honest, reliable, and conservative on service recommendations. KSA is who I recommend when someone asks about a local, friendly mechanic.

John Dougher He did great work on my van a few times - I even was going to recommend him Then he took my key fob in the beginning of February to replace the battery and get it working I’ve been trying to reach him since - I get little to no answers and now have been blocked on my phone. I also bought parts with him in February for a scooter - it took him months to do it and he didn’t even finish - the communication was pretty bad This is malpractice and stealing. Bad values. Will likely have to take this to court to hold him accountable for his actions.

Josh Rosales Gabe saved the day! My wifes car broke down at home while i was out of town. Gabe came the next day on a Sunday (which i wasnt expecting him to work on Sundays) and located a short that was causing the issue. He fixed her car while it was slightly raining too. Highly recommend and will be using him in the future. Appreciate the work gabe

Eric Knoblock The camper van I rented blew a coolant line. With 30mins to close I called this place and they stayed after hours to make sure I was safely back on the road! Thank you to you and your team for going above and beyond to help. Excellent service from everybody at the shop.

Joseph Crehan Amazing experience at AK Auto Repair. Arsen and team have built an amazing space, every inch of that shop is spotless! Scheduling, drop off and pickup were all super easy. Great communication. I very much felt like my Macan was in good hands. Pricing was very reasonable, as opposed to other garages in the area. This will be my default garage moving forward.

Kate Tuma Our car ran out of gas in front of Munozs Auto Repair and DJ was SUPER helpful! He was so delightfully kind and generous that I was glad to have run into car trouble just so we could meet a soul like him. Imagine looking forward to going to a car mechanic (!!) "Honesty and Integrity" is their slogan. Mighty Fine to have Met you Munoz Auto!

Ari I have not had my car serviced here yet, but I called to ask if they could repair my AC. (After several calls to other mechanics in the area, who said they could, but not soon enough). The lovely woman I spoke to on the phone said they could, and soon, but that bc of the year of my Honda, I should not be having AC problems. Instead, she took the time to research this issue, and found a recall on my car! She told me to call the Honda dealership to see if I qualified for the extended warranty a free repair. And I did!! Her honesty and kindness says all I need to know about this business. They have been highly recommended to me in the past, and now I see why. I will DEFINITELY be taking my car here in the future! Thank you so much for the quality customer service. (And for saving me a lot of $$)

Lindsay Coony These guys have been servicing mine and my husbands cars (well one is a truck) for years. They do good work, have it done when you expect it and dont charge you a crazy amount. Everyone is looking for mechanics they can trust so I send all my friends here.

Pancho Villa I wanted to like this auto mechanic shop C & $ automotive. The people seem to be good people. Plus it was highly recommended by several good friends. Coming from LA where mechanics do not charge you an arm and a leg. Maybe because this is a small town but the 3 times I have needed to get something replaced on my car. They quoted me an insane amount of money. These were 3 different places.

Mitchell Kaplan We needed a star certified smog check and Alvarez meets those requirements. But because our engine light was on, the car had to be checked out first The owner, Gaspar ( it’s a family busy with his son and wife also working there)) was so gracious and direct in telling us his diagnosis. They fixed it, we passed smog test and we were treated like VIPs. I thoroughly recommend them .

Raphael Radna Im so glad I found Alvarez Automotive. After several years of not being able to pass smog, Gaspar actually made the effort to diagnose and replace my cars failing emissions components. Another place wanted to charge me way more to replace the catalytic converters, which I now know wouldnt even have solved the problem! Gaspar is not only a very capable mechanic, but also very pleasant; I sensed his integrity in every interaction. He was very accessible throughout the process; he never rushed our communication, and answered every question I had clearly and patiently. I highly recommend Alvarez Automotive!

Paul Eby Carter and his team at Granny’s Garage provide excellent quality service at a fair price. My 1991 E31 850i has been serviced through them and it has been great every time I stop in and head out. Thank you Carter!

Rolando Mia I have been working with Kurt, Karen & Team at Grannys for over 25 years and not ONCE have they not delivered on what they said they would do. Their service is exceptional, they are always willing and responsive when I call and most of all, when they fix my cars, they do it right. Kurt is totally up front with what needs to be done, and willing to take the time to explain why, what happened, what was replaced and even what he didnt replace because he felt the work was not necessary. I trust them implicitly and recommend them to anybody I know who has a BMW or Mercedes. Cant say enough good things about Grannys!

Jon Barnes My 2010 Honda CR-V was making a weird knocking noise, and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong. He quickly identified a worn-out control arm bushing, replaced it, and even took the time to test drive the car to make sure everything was smooth.

Danny Had an amazing experience with this mobile mechanic service. My car wouldnt start in the morning, and I was stuck at home. They came out quickly, diagnosed a faulty starter, and had it replaced in no time. The convenience of not having to tow my car was a huge plus.

Heather Borgatello I brought my car to Stuttgart Motors and the owner was honest and informative. I had been having problems since the day I had bought my car and the dealership kept giving me the run around. Stuttgart Motors gave me my estimate, (at which I paid less) the car was fixed quickly and ultimately the car has never run better! I am forever grateful to Stuttgart Motors and I would highly highly recommend them!!

Brenna Carney Lang Motors is by far the best shop I’ve ever been to in town and I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve tried a handful of mechanics in SB since I got my 1994 Toyota 4Runner over 8 years ago, and Lang and his son Lock are the kindest, most honest and trustworthy mechanics who have gone out of their way to work with me while also providing fair rates for all their services. I have recommended at least 5 people I know to go here and they all have had great experiences, one of my friends even drives 3 hours to them now since she moved out of SB just to have them service her van. If you’re looking for a Toyota mechanic, especially for an older model, they really appreciate these cars and are willing to do whatever they can to keep them running. Best mechanics in SB, and without doubt the kindest ones too. Thank you Lock & Lang for all that you do!

Mary Kelly We have been going to Lang Motors for years. They are consistently fair and up front with what repairs are needed and the price. They have continually done excellent work on our cars. On top of that, Mr. Lang has a great sense of humor, and he and his wife are so nice!

Sydney Schulz I had an excellent experience at this tire shop! Junior and his team were incredibly friendly and efficient. I was in a bit of a rush with a rental vehicle and needed to make it to the airport on a Sunday. They got the job done quickly without compromising quality, which was a huge relief. I really appreciated how professional and accommodating they were, especially given the time constraints. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for fast, reliable service!

IVAN marquez 5 Stars I had all four tires replaced on my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica this past Sunday at S.B Tires in Milpas location, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. I really appreciated that they were open and available on a weekend (Sunday)—it made things so much more convenient for my schedule. The staff was friendly, professional, and fast. Junior helped me pick the right tires for my van, explained everything clearly, and had me back on the road in no time. Also they did a free brake inspection. The ride feels smoother and more secure now, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. Highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for reliable, weekend-friendly tire service!

Le M Numérique Quick and friendly service, and they even spotted me so I could back out without getting plowed by oncoming traffic. Update: One smog test and two repairs later, this is now my go-to shop for my Jeep. Great people.

Kim Taylor Kiwis Auto Repair was able to replace my rotors and brake pads the same day I brought my car in, the gave me a very fair price and had the car ready for me to pick up at the exact time they promised. They also gave me a 3 year 36,000 mile warranty on their work. Bob in the front office was great and I had a really good experience at their shop. I went to them because I saw they were highly recommended on Facebook by many community members and now I know why!

Todd Richardson It’s been a while since I have had a mechanic that I completely trusted. Kiwi’s Auto Repair has very competent mechanics, fair prices, and great follow up. What I particularly like is that they don’t just attend to the problem(s) you brought your vehicle in for, they completely go through your vehicle and give you advice on what you might want to be aware of. I wholeheartedly recommend Kiwi’s.

Bradley Thomason One of my best experiences ever with an independent auto repair business. Bert was gracious and transparent and knowledgeable. He is an Audi master mechanic and knows his stuff. My experience from beginning was impeccable and enjoyable. Run dont walk to this place if you want honest, excellent work done your German Auto (they also do Jaguar and Land Rover).

john smith John is the man when it comes to custom 4x4 expedition vehicles. Not only did he do the electrical and suspension, he also installed the turbo and intercooler system. He has time and time again helped me with this highly custom build. If you have a custom project and you want it done right, John is your man.

Nate Hernandez Professional and very nice Auto shop. Can repair is expensive, that a given. The more expensive you car is the more expensive the repair will be. Well today I am have some car repair done. Full suspension from any back and then some and a few other smaller things. See the do excellent good quality work all new parts and unlike most shop here they try to get you the best possible price and they tell you step by step and part by part what they are going to do to your car and how much with labor and taxes.You want good work at an honest price this is the place. If you want to go elsewhere and pay more money thats you business

Chris Montigny Peter, Sylvia and Miguel are wonderful people that care about their work and their customers. Certified Bosch mechanic shop with 50+ years of mechanical experience. Remember, you get what you pay for. This is not Jiffy Lube, this is a hidden gem that charges a fair rate and provides the quality service to back it up. Yes, feels mom and pop and that’s the way I like it; old school personal connection coupled with high performance worksmanship. If you like corporate with latte machines in the waiting room or cheap blow and go business models this is not the shop for you. Thank you to the engine company for taking care of my vehicles for all these years. AND they work on air cooled V dubs! Five stars!

David Garćia I can’t say enough good things about Kennedy, automotive. Angela and Fidel are such amazing people. I broke down in Ventura and got towed to Kennedy‘s. I arrived about an hour after they closed. They waited for me to make sure they could assess the damages and quickly remedy the situation. I got my car back in two days. It’s running like New. This is my third or fourth time using Kennedys and I won’t go anywhere else .I can’t thank you guys enough. If you want a trustworthy and reliable Mechanic look no further.
