From purple and pink to neutral browns, I have always received amazing results with hair color and highlights. My husband always gets a perfect cut. Marisa has top notch talent and always executes better than I expect. The space itself is always clean and inviting. They have a comfy couch, sweet receptionists, and music that isn’t obnoxious like other salons I have been to. There’s a coffee shop next door that adds the cherry on the top for a self-care day.

Ankit Sharma: I had the worst experience at this salon. Im growing out my hair, so I only needed a minor touch-up—less than half an inch off the top, and a cleanup around my sideburns and neck. Despite my clear instructions, the hairdresser took off two inches and completely ruined the shape. I politely asked her to stop and expressed my concerns. I even offered to pay for the service, but the manager kindly insisted that I shouldnt pay for something I was unhappy with. I appreciated this gesture and left, but then the situation took a bizarre turn. The hairdresser ran after me, video recording and loudly defending her actions in front of other patrons. It became so uncomfortable that another customer tried to intervene. To avoid further conflict, I returned and left $30 cash on her station—more than the advertised price of $24—to avoid another complaint. Even then, she continued to berate me as I left. While the manager was polite, the overall experience was unacceptable. I highly recommend going elsewhere, even if it means a longer drive or higher cost.

I met him through a friend that I once accompanied to get a cut. 20yrs later, Luis still Cuts my hair, my kids, bro, ect. Make sure you catch him at early hrs, so you wont have to wait 4 -5 cuts ahead of you in the afternoon. Yeee!

Moon Choe: Best Iron Perm Experience! Whenever I visit Korea, I always get an Iron Perm because my silky hair tends to lack volume. The results there are always amazing. A few years ago, I tried getting it done in Silicon Valley, but unfortunately, the stylist burned some of my hair, so I never tried it here again. Recently, I discovered that Ga-In Salon, where I regularly get my haircuts, also offers Iron Perms. I decided to give it a try, and Im so glad I did! The stylist did an excellent job (check out the results in the picture), and even gave me a complimentary collagen treatment. If you’re visiting Ga-In Salon, I recommend bringing a few photos (front, side, back) of the hairstyle you want. The stylist is really skilled and will work her magic to achieve the look you’re going for!
