1 /5 Ankit Sharma: I had the worst experience at this salon. Im growing out my hair, so I only needed a minor touch-up—less than half an inch off the top, and a cleanup around my sideburns and neck. Despite my clear instructions, the hairdresser took off two inches and completely ruined the shape.
I politely asked her to stop and expressed my concerns. I even offered to pay for the service, but the manager kindly insisted that I shouldnt pay for something I was unhappy with. I appreciated this gesture and left, but then the situation took a bizarre turn.
The hairdresser ran after me, video recording and loudly defending her actions in front of other patrons. It became so uncomfortable that another customer tried to intervene. To avoid further conflict, I returned and left $30 cash on her station—more than the advertised price of $24—to avoid another complaint. Even then, she continued to berate me as I left.
While the manager was polite, the overall experience was unacceptable. I highly recommend going elsewhere, even if it means a longer drive or higher cost.
