2 /5 Maria Aracely Trujillo: Hello, I came in yesterday for my appointment, and before setting it up, I made sure to let the receptionist know that I needed a haircut. I also mentioned that I have specific hair care needs and wanted to ensure they paired me with the right stylist.
When I arrived, the stylist seemed very young, and it gave me the impression that she might have just graduated and was still a junior stylist. I was a bit unsure if she had the experience to work with my hair, so I showed her some pictures of both short and long hairstyles. I even told her that if she wasn’t comfortable cutting it short, we could go with a long hairstyle instead.
She assured me, very confidently, that she could handle all types of cuts. I made sure to overcommunicate how important it was to me that my long hair be handled carefully, as I didn’t want it ruined.
The pictures I’m sharing show how my hair looked when I got home after she styled and straightened it. Please I ask for a full refund. I have to go to another haircut salon to get it fixed. I have an appointment already
