5 /5 Suzanne Camargo: Im extremely happy I ended up going here instead of another urgent care closer to home. The staff and Drs were super nice and caring. I hardly waited longer than 15 min each time I was seen by either a Dr, assistant, or tech. (Wait time varies based on your issue and they responded quickly to get my broken finger looked at). The Drs are thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommened traveling here if youre able to and using the online website to notify them of your ETA. Thank you to all who helped me!

5 /5 April Martin: I have taken my son here twice for after hour care and have had a really good experience. The desk staff are friendly. The wait times to be seen were only a couple of minutes. The nurses and doctors were very kind and spoke to my son cheerfully and put him at ease. I was given thorough explanations of care and instructions. Overall great experience.

1 /5 Lisa B: The nurse, front desk and Xray tech at the Urgent Care were all amazing they get a 5 star. DR. Turner a negative 5, he was the most arrogant jerk of a doctor I have ever encountered. I have worked with doctors for over 26 yrs and I have never seen or worked with a doctor that had such bad bedside manner. His attitude and how he spoke to me as soon as he walked in the room was horrendous. He obviously also never looked at my chart. I came in because I was concerned I had pneumonia or a lung abscess had returned. I was exposed to RSV. I came up + for RSV. He said to me what do you want me to do for you why are you here with a total attitude and condescending manner. I would like to discuss this with someone above him. The nurses all were apologetic. I left there so upset and in tears by the way he spoke to me. He left the room, left the door wide open, I was standing there in my gown. He treated me like I was a piece of garbage. My temp was 99.9 which he said is not a fever and my blood pressure was very low. He even asked me if I had high blood pressure l. If he read my chart he would have seen it was low and is always normal. He is not a true doctor. What he wrote in my chart was like I was a person who had no issues. Fever, congestion, bad cough, couldnt smell or taste or sleep with low blood pressure. Why wouldnt I have gone in to be seen. I felt very sick and when I left I felt worse do to the way Dr Turner treated me. " what do you want from me?" Wow. I asked for cough medicine before he rudely walked out and he said he could not prescribe it. I said I would ask my real doctor. He never suggested anything to do but prescribed me prednisone for RSV? I dont trust his judgement or him. My friend recommended Night time Robitussin and it was the first time i had slept well in a couple weeks.I would like to speak to his superior or the CEO. He should not be around patients. I wonder how many other people he has treated in this manner.

4 /5 Ursula Santamaria: I arrived around 6pm and had a ticket to be seen (estimated 1 hour wait) around 7pm. Was seen prior to 7pm and was home by 8pm, including being triaged, assessed, prescribed meds and a visit to the pharmacy. The wait was shorter than expected. Staff were friendly and helpful. Was provided a doctors note for work. Only drawback was my meds were sent to a pharmacy that was mistakenly open until 9pm, but when I arrived there, CVS pharmacy hours closed at 7pm. I needed to return to CVS the next morning to pick up my meds. However, if I needed the meds that same night, I probably couldve tried calling Sutter Urgent Care to ask the doctor to transfer my prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy. Sutter Urgent Care has a small urgent care parking lot, but there were a couple parking spots after work hours when I went. There is also the parking garage across the street that has plenty of parking. All in all, Sutter Urgent Care was a seamless experience.

5 /5 eddie ruiz: I went to Sutter Urgent Care, San Mateo, for a flu-like symptom visit. After registering, the nurse greeted me and immediately brought me to the treatment area. First, I was asked the reason for the visit. Then my vitals, weight, and a swab test were taken. Dr Lee did a very thorough assessment and was able to make a diagnosis precisely, even before the swab result was made. Overall, I was seen and discharged in an hour. I received a follow-up phone call from Dr. Lee to confirm the test results. This was just a very soothing experience to have when you are sick.
