They have zero compassion, zero respect, are lazy and don’t want to put in any work for the Doctors patients. If you need a call back, records sent, or an insurance authorization...good luck. I am a new mom, with symptoms that are getting worse, then add a pendemic, all I was hoping for was a little help from them. I worked as a medical office manager for 6 years and would never treat my patients this way, and would always make sure they received the care they needed. I decided not to be a patient there anymore strictly due to the office staff.
