1 /5 Malia McGinley: This is a very unfortunate review because Dr. Zauner is great, however his staff, specifically Michelle and Diedra are absolutely terrible. They have zero compassion, zero respect, are lazy and don’t want to put in any work for the Doctors patients. If you need a call back, records sent, or an insurance authorization...good luck. I am a new mom, with symptoms that are getting worse, then add a pendemic, all I was hoping for was a little help from them. I worked as a medical office manager for 6 years and would never treat my patients this way, and would always make sure they received the care they needed. I decided not to be a patient there anymore strictly due to the office staff.

1 /5 Manny Solis: Dr. Zauner is a great Doctor, I have a few friends that drive from other cities just to see him. However, the staff "Jessica" is very insensitive about their patients. The staff does not call back to relay information from the doctor, they fail to return phone calls and when I have to show up to the office to ask them they get annoyed. The office hours show a certain schedule but they fail to answer phone calls past 2-3 PM, it’s like an inconvenience to pick up phone calls. During one of my procedures, the nurses at cottage also had similar experiences and stories from other patients, they felt that they could not do much or anything about it because of the potential backlash from the office. Neurovascular issues are no joke, there is already plenty of stress involved. Quite frankly the office staff should not be in that department, or they should get retrained. If this type of trend continues, I will have no other option but to tell the doctor myself. I wish the best to future patients, I hope that this serves as a warning If you decide to do any of your treatments in that office.
