1 /5 Chloe: Worst doctors office you could possibly go to. If you can go anywhere else dont come here. Receptionists are not willing to help and totally rude. They lied trying to put all the blame on us and they take no accountability for their actions. They have zero compassion for a human life let alone basic respect. The doctor is fine but everything leading up to see the doctor was horrible and they think they can get away with it because theyre the only option for low income and they take advantage of that. Theres a reason they have so many bad reviews. Long story short well be talking to the family lawyer about a condition getting worse because of their neglect.

5 /5 Ahsan QudratFarrall: I’ve been a patient at the clinic since I moved to Goleta in 88. I’ve been fortunate to get the best care, all the physicians and the nurses have been very courteous, informative and friendly. After I had my son I started taking him to the clinic as well after couple of miss diagnosis from the private practice doctor he was assigned to originally by the insurance. Like me my son was well cared for. I have been seeing Dr DeVaney for a while now and I absolutely adore her. She is no nonsense straight to the point doctor with great bedside manners. I know some people left negative reviews about the staff however I’ve seen patients being belligerent loud and foul mouthed towards the staff and the staff were professional and courteous towards them. Without the neighborhood clinics so many people would not have access to reasonable medical care. I’m very grateful to all the doctors and the staff I’ve seen over the years and will continue to go there and recommend their services. Thank you for all your patience and professionalism.

Ace Tate: The epic system with reminders for appointments is very stupid and doesn’t follow human behavior. I never get a reminder on the day of or the day before an appointment. But I’ll get multiple reminders about an appointment over a week away. Does Cottage and Epic not understand how human brains work? Next, I called to reschedule three appointments due to surgery. And it took 27 minutes to change three appointments. The agent had a horrendous time using the system. Epic is not so epic apparently. It is a frustrating, burdensome, clunky, and often not worthwhile system.

T D: I recently had surgery here and the experience was horrible. Impossible to get any information from the nurses or receptionist. After spending several thousands of dollars, I was hung up on because I asked too many questions. Then after calling back I was intentionally left on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. Only to be talked over, interrupted, and put down by the Nurse Andrea. Terrible hospital with no compassion. They have no idea what’s going on in the hospital they run. So sad this is what health care has turned into.
