Dignity Health OBGYN - Santa Cruz Deanna Delgado Prichard: As an established patient, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through. When I called to let them know I was pregnant with my first pregnancy at around 5 weeks, I was told I would receive a call in the near future to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, that call never came. Now, at 11 weeks, I have switched to Sutter, who called me back the same day and promptly got me on their calendar. I now understand why so many people are choosing Sutter.
