Sansum Clinic Foothill Medical & Surgical Center - Santa Barbara T D: I recently had surgery here and the experience was horrible. Impossible to get any information from the nurses or receptionist. After spending several thousands of dollars, I was hung up on because I asked too many questions. Then after calling back I was intentionally left on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. Only to be talked over, interrupted, and put down by the Nurse Andrea. Terrible hospital with no compassion. They have no idea what’s going on in the hospital they run. So sad this is what health care has turned into.
