5 /5 Tyler Shearer: I have an old 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee, that I have had for 14+ years now. Its the only car I ever want to drive, and I have had a coolant leak in it for 10+ years. Ive taken it to muktiple different shops over the years. Ive had a new radiator put in, new hoses, new valves, the coolant still leaked. Sunnyside took the time to listen to me and all of my input, walk me through the process and actually find the issue and fix it. The customer service was the best Ive EVER had at any mechanic shop. I cannot recommend them enough. Their prices are transparent and fair, and I felt more comfortable working with Randy than with any other mechanic shop in the area. I will be taking my car there forever!

5 /5 B Bates: We have had all our cars serviced here for many years. The owner(s) and staff are friendly, honest, reliable, and trustworthy. They clearly explain what is wrong, provide a cost estimate before doing the work, and if there are any problems after the work is done (which is pretty much never the case) they make it right with no arguing. I understand that no one likes paying for auto repairs, but I am glad that I am able to go to a repair facility that I trust and that is staffed with people that I genuinely like.

1 /5 J Presentacion Sanchez: Title: Price Jump, Hidden Fees & Told Not to Return — Disappointing Experience Review: I called Sunnyside Auto Repair and they provided a brake replacement quote of $400–650. Based on that estimate, I scheduled an appointment over the phone and dropped off my 2017 Nissan Sentra the next morning. After waiting several hours, the quote jumped to $1,200, with no clear explanation. When I declined the work, I was suddenly told there was a $65 inspection fee — something that was never disclosed to me or put in writing. Only after pushing back did they waive the charge — and then told me not to come back. This was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I ended up going to the Nissan dealership, where I got OEM brake service for less money and zero drama. If you choose this shop, get all pricing in writing before agreeing to anything. I personally won’t be returning.

5 /5 Paul Villar: My experience with Sunnyside auto was very positive and pleasant, I had quite an extensive amount of repairs that had to be done and I spoke to Jack and he informed me of the work that needed done but what surprised me the most is Jack contacting me to inform me of the progress and called a few days before to let me know when the truck would be done and they repaired my truck a day before he gave me the estimate time frame, so I will definitely be returning to get my repairs done by Sunnyside in the future
