Spoke to Phil and instructed to drop off the car and in an hour or so, provided me with a comprehensive report. Because of the findings, I was able to make an informed decision on purchasing the car. Thank you Phil and everyone in the shop for your customer service!

1 /5 Daniel Calderon: Beware of this place!! Gary has little to no customer service experience, extremely rude and short. I have been a customer for over 5 years, but I will no longer be giving them my business. There are other certified European mechanics in Fresno with great customer service and better pricing. Best of luck to this company while they watch their cliental dwindle due to lack of service.

Todd called me to discuss options with a window door adjustment I requested and my third tail light had a broken connection. No problem for Todd! He had it repaired and back to me in no time. Never had to call in for updates, Felipe kept me updated without fail ! LOVE doing business with European Automotive ! Thank you Todd and crew! Until we meet again !

1 /5 E.S. Chaverri: LIE and DENY! I thought these guys were honest. Phil acted like such a genuinely good dude, but I dropped my car off for a basic oil change and they scratched my car on something. After I noticed and called dude had an excuse ready, saying there’s nothing to scratch my car on, and then he tried to say it looked like paint peeling, (SERIOUSLY!! It’s obvious scratched!!) I never leave bad reviews on anything, but this is a huge thing for everyone a car is not cheap! After paying for a service I have to pay for their mistakes also. Business Ethics, honesty and integrity are such a big deal in business. I’ll never take my car to them again this just happened 5/17/2024. After sending a picture of the scratch he sent me a picture of a lift! Cmon bro., have integrity it’s a buff… so unfortunate, save yourself the trouble take your car to someone with integrity not a fake handshake.
