Gentlemen in the front desk had fantastic service, was very knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining car issues to my partner and I. They provided photos and notes on areas of improvement of the car, provided actions steps on what to do to resolve my car issue, also referred trusted shops to take my car to and, due to my busy schedule, even found a space to leave my car overnight to pick up the next morning. Was going to take my car to Midas but am so glad I found this place instead, prices are reasonable and doesn’t charge an arm and leg!

    Kaitlyn Henderson: I don’t even wanna give this place a one star but I promise you whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! The owner will not fix your car properly. Will make the coworkers just half ass patch up the car so that it will at least run and give it back to you so that he can spend the least amount of money possible he commits a lot of insurance fraud is constantly going to court and makes his coworkers do things that they are not comfortable doing if you want your car fixed, I do not recommend going to this place. I knew someone who worked there, but is no longer working there because of how bad the conditions are.

    Bertha Flores: Great Service! I went in with my old car. My car had 315,000 miles on it. It was literally on its last leg and J&M were able to extend my car’s life by another 3 months. Just enough time to get me from point A to point B before I got my new car. They were very nice, fast and honest. They told me that they’d make it work but they’d suggest I start looking for a new car because it’d be more expensive to continue fixing this one than getting something new. Amen! An honest mechanic! So happy I came here.

I saved the money bought the car and the dealer scammed me so theres little problems with my Subaru, Chris was nice enough to let one of his co-worker, which, who was also a very nice guy from Long Beach. He gave me a ride. they normally dont do that but I told him its super close so they gave me a ride. Chris calls me Within couple of hours that theres an issue, hes not sure about the sorce of the problem.he recommend to take it to the dealer, and he says hes not going to charge me. My question is, who does that such a great human being i am so grateful. Thank you, Chris. Really appreciate it in the future. I will recommend you to other people. And I will bring my car to you if I need my car to be fixed but that was an amazing experience, highly highly highly recommended. Great people, very professional, very courteous. Thank you, sir.
